I simply cannot say enough good things about Austin and his team.
My wife and I were first time buyers, and I reached out to Austin as I saw that he had great reviews, and I liked that he was a local, independent broker.
Being first time home buyers, we of course had a lot of questions about the process of getting a mortgage, and Austin answered all of them.
He helped us get all of our documentation in order and approved by the lender, so when it did come time to put an offer in on a house, we were in a really great position.
Our buying and closing process went flawlessly.
Throughout the entire process, Austin exhibited a level of responsiveness and professionalism that is rare to see, while also being very warm and friendly.
We would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house!

I have the pleasure to say that the Lighthouse Lending team is amazing! They took care of my buyer clients and now me, on the purchase of my home as well! Austin is super knowledgeable, he makes sure everything will happen smoothly, Kodaah is always, and I mean it, always ready to explain, and clarify any questions, he is the type of person that will lead you by the hand if you need! And Holli does a great job processing the loan as well! I only have good things to say about them!

I highly recommend Lighthouse Lending. Kodaah, Austin made my loan process easy. We were approved days before closing. About mid-way through Kodaah called me up to say that Lighthouse had lowered my interest rate because the market had unexpectedly improved. In the current high interest rate environment, I am really glad to have done a No Closing cost loan so that I have the option to refi when rates drop again.

I met Austin through his colleague Kodaah Hansen, whom I'd met at an open house. Austin was not only able to get me pre-approved, but he also secured a "rate lock" for me without requiring a purchase agreement. That allowed me to lock in a rate prior to the most recent increase by the Fed, guaranteeing the best rate possible when I was ready to buy. That was a huge relief and gave me the freedom to find my new home without worrying about my rate going up.Austin also referred my to my awesome realtor, Kim Stelmok with Nest Realty, and we were able (as a team) to find, bid, negotiate and close on my home in less than 3 weeks. From start to finish, my team was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, caring and uber-available. Austin (especially) always picked up my call, responded quickly and provided accurate information. I highly recommend Austin, Kodaah and all the rest of the folks over at Lighthouse Lending. Not Kim though, she's mine... (just kidding – buy your next home from Kim!)
