“Samsung front load washer door was locked with water inside. Sears rep came was able to drain the water and worked on the machine for over an hour to try and fix the problem. The problem was the control panel on the Samsung machine which is only four years old. to replace the control panel would cost over $800. The rep from Sears was very knowledgeable and gave us good advice. Unfortunately, I will be buying a new washing machine. The Samsung machine is just 4 years old. The previous Samsung lasted 10 years. Will not be buying this machine again.”

“I’m actually in town visiting to figure out the area and I look for new places to live.All of a sudden, this place shows up I’ve never been there. I’ve probably most likely won’t, but I grew up around vacuum stores, my whole life my dad being a sales rep for years.I’ll say this God bless these people for having a vacuum shop fighting the fight. I remember as a kid seeing vacuum stores and sewing all over the place. You don’t see him because it’s so easy sometimes it’s cheaper to buy. “I called asking for a very niche part for my garbage disposal that I couldn’t find anywhere online and the woman who answered was unbelievably helpful and she even contacted the manufacturer on my behalf (they didn’t answer my phone call!) and arranged one shipped to my house. I didn’t end up needing to purchase anything from Ferguson but for future plumbing needs I will always come here now!”
“Glad to have this HD right around the corner. Always great service here. After one of the worst experiences at Lowe’s today across the street, it was so refreshing to go into this location tonight to smiling faces even though they weee almost closing for the night. I quickly grabbed what I needed and headed to the front, where smiling employees were huddled to help customers quickly ring out before they closed up. It was a night and day experience that I will remember each time I think about going anywhere else. Thank you to the amazing staff at this location, a store doesn’t get this organized without the effort of a great team!”

“The choice of Timber/Lumber makes the visit well worth while- being on a fixed income I welcome that HomeDepot places slightly damaged and/or remnants of Timber/ Plywood and other similar products that still have possibilities for worthwhile uses- especially at a high discount. The Store also has just about everything thing one would need together with an excellent Garden Center! All Staff encountered being both friendly and helpful especially giving sound advice and suggestions on what you are seeking. I have been using various HomeDepot stores for many years both here in NN and Western New York. To be recommended JohnH”
“My last trip to Home Depot was really worthwhile. I needed some 60 watt energy efficient light bulbs and HD had a great 6 pack. Also purchased a large bottle of Dawn and anti bacterial hand soap. Add some paper towels and my total came to $40. Compared to Lowe's where the light bulbs were nearly 40 dollars Home Depot gave me a lot more for my $ money!”
“This bassinet belonged to my husband when he was born 34 years ago. Over the years, the hardware was lost, and now that we are expecting our own son, we wanted to fix the bassinet to pass it down. We paid a visit to our local Fuquay Home Depot for the replacements and were ecstatic to find every piece we needed for this 34-year-old bassinet.
In our excitement, we managed to leave behind one of the rails for the bassinet. We revisited Home Depot but had no luck finding it. However, we spoke with Annette, who told us she would do her best to look for it. No more than 20 minutes after we left, we received a call that she had found it! It was evident that Annette immediately went to work after we left to locate it.
I don't think this store could ever understand how much this bassinet means to our family and how much this simple act of kindness has brought completeness to our home and expecting family.

“I ordered my Packout from here as a gift to myself and they were out of one of the pieces. They helped me find another piece that ultimately worked better for me. I have gotten numerous different paints from this location and have never had an issue finding what I needed. That app makes finding things in stores foolproof and Home Depot has a nice selection of Klein tools so I am always able to find some of the specialty tools I need for work!
I also purchased my charcoal grill from here a few years back and will be upgrading to a propane one soon. This is where I will pick it up from when I finally make the decision to do so!”
