If you're in Holly Ridge or Sneads Ferry (or close by), Sneads Ferry Tire is where you need to take your vehicle. They actually care about their customers and about your vehicle. It's not about upselling you every time you come in, they are very professional and very communicative!

Wasted $50 on an Uber to find out they quoted me wrong on the services I requested. I spoke to the manager and he seemed extremely biased and defended Alexis who was the lady who quoted me. He had no interest in finding a solution or caring for a customer All he said was there was a miscommunication. How can a “manager” say this to a customer who wasn’t even there at the time it happened? Maybe they should hire people that know how to give correct quotes.

Came from out of town. Needed an oil change and a diagnostic on my a/c. It took them about 2 hours. Not a long wait at all as I know that some things take time. They were getting customers in and out for oil changes very quickly which is great to see. Extremely professional business. I wish I knew about this place when I lived in the area 4 years ago (if they were there). But this place is great. Gave me a vehicle health report card and I am very thankful they did that. It has allowed me to budget and determine what I need to get fixed immediately and then later down the road. Thank y’all very much for your help. My a/c works great again and this heat it is perfect.

I genuinely can go on and on about how fantastic this team is! I moved here 2 years ago and found my way to them. They have always been professional, honest, consistent, caring and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They have taken care of all of our vehicles and have never taken advantage to make more profit.
P.S Sam is an absolute doll, super knowledgeable, and if she doesn't have the answer, she will find out and get back to you in a timely manner.
JUST AMAZING PEOPLE! HIGHLY RECCOMEND

This is my go-to place for all my car needs. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the waiting room is always clean and comfortable, and they take the time to provide detailed estimates and explanations of any work required. They will also communicate via text messages (for estimates, work approvals, even scheduling!) which makes my introverted, hates to talk on the phone, likes to have a record of everything, self so happy.

I would highly recommend this shop had some repairs to do on my truck they got it done in a prompt timely manner fair prices quality work. The customer service was very personable and friendly I will be going back!

My Husband brought his car here before we moved away and always had great service. I came back down to visit with a friend and 5 children between the two of us and found a nail in my tire the day before we had to leave and drive 6 hours home. I called at 4 (they close at 5:30), and they got me in and taken care of within half an hour - from the time I called to the time I left the shop. I’m so grateful to them and I appreciate how nice they are and willing to help. Definitely bring your cars here!

Brought my FJ several times and I am grateful for this place. Fair prices and fantastic work. Recently brought in for a diagnosis because my vehicle was making a clunking noise. I tried my best to fix on my own. After hours of trying myself I gave up and they figured it out in no time flat. Problem fixed. Back on the road with no issues. Thanks again!
