I was in there last week and had a panic attack when I found myself face to face with a predator. The manager, JAMES, shouldn't be allowed to be working so close to a school amd should definitely not be serving drinks to anyone as he has a habit of drugging women and violating them. I know because he did it to me. I am just one in a long list of women he assaulted and the fact that he isn't behind bars is bad enough. But to know he is working so close to a high school is disgusting. I will not be going back to this location and best believe I will be notifying the school so that the students who frequent the store and their parents know the danger yall have acting as a MANAGER.

The manager is probably the WORST manager that I’ve ever seen. I’ve managed gas stations for over ten years. I know it’s a hard job. However, she’s so nasty and hateful to people. She yelled at me for calling and making a complaint about her and one of her employees. Then threatened to ban me from the store. She’s very unprofessional. Not to mention, the store is always out of stock with so many items. Clearly she’s not ordering correctly either. Such a shame. The store has potential but with her hanging around the store like a black cloud, it’s doomed. Scotchman, do better.

Stopped in for breakfast this am , Store manager was present the food looked horrible , burnt , old , not done . Just looked awful after I said no thank you she seemed like she had an attitude. 4/13/23

Been going here for years and I never see same employees, stopped today and a wing and small breast was 6.99 for snack box no sides , ridiculous

Xavier provided excellent customer service! He was very polite and worked well under pressure when many customers showed up all at once at the register. When we called back to ask for his assistance in locating an item that fell out of our car, he immediately went into action to help us recover the shoe that we lost while visiting the station. We appreciated his help and positive response! He deserves a raise or promotion for sure. The station itself has a lot of items to choose from, freshly-made food and plenty of places to gas-up. I highly recommend stopping in when driving through!

Shell was great. They have hot coffee, hot food, pre-made food, chips, cookies, ice-cream, candy, ice, bathrooms, beer, lottery, cigarettes if that's your thing, gasoline ⛽️ newspapers and more.

ABSOLUTELY the worst convenience store. Nothing convenient at all. No coffee outrages tobacco prices. Can hardly keep fuel available. Just pathetic all around.

I bought items totaling $7.08. The lady behind the counter gave me $2 change- shorted me .92 cents. She said read the sign- the one about having no change- which is garbage, but the manager overheard me, and made it good. So if you plan on using cash, you better come with exact change!

Customer service overall is great. The workers just need to keep professional and not be yelling and laughing and talking out loud where customers can hear all the business. The store is nasty looking and sometimes smells.
