Very knowledgeable staff made me instantly know I made the right choice as to where to bring my husky. They properly diagnosed her condition, which was life threatening, and called someone else to get us in that day. They worked with other local vets to save her life...incredible service and truly a caring place. They even called after the surgery to see how she was doing.

I called HRVH for them to see my dog on short notice to get him medication for boarding. The staff was very friendly and was able to accommodate me on short notice. I can’t recommend HRVH enough and will definitely be back!

My my my!! BEST VET EVER!!! I'll give 1,000 ⭐️⭐️⭐️We are thankful and we appreciate Dr. Martin and the staff they went above and beyond for helping us. If we knew sooner we wouldn't chase the time but everything went well and we all made it to Japan!. My husband is in the military and he received orders to Japan and we have a dog and a cat. Japan is very strict when you import a pet. Most civilian vets in Jacksonville don't do FAVN test but they can do rabies shots. All the military base vets around Jacksonville couldn't help us not even trying or give us options or advice except for the Air Force vet they gave us some info, advice and hopes (base vet is another story).
Anyways, our pets both got 2 rabies shots(end of May-mid July) the only thing left is the FAVN test and the 10 days health certificate. I reach out to Holly Ridge Vet, Dr. Martin and the staff were Amazzzing!! Dr. Martin called us back and I explained our situation and he set up appointment in 2 days for the FAVN test he even did the blood drawn in the same room with me(our GS is scared of Veterinarian but not the vet tech and he knows who is who and have separation anxiety). After the FAVN blood drawn and submitted to Kansas Lab. We received the FAVN results in 3 weeks (this was around end of July to mid/end-Aug). I called the base vets to make an appointment for the 10 days health certificate and none of the on base vets couldn't squeeze us in. I called Dr. Martin again for help and he squeezed us in and did the 10 days health certificate. We were supposed to fly out end of Aug but some military paperworks got delayed so we flew out beginning of Sept.
If the military base vets giving you a hard time, Holly Ridge is the place to go. It is stressful to import a pet to a different country because they have their own requirements I say, don't give up on your pets because of your pets can't make the requirements, Holly Ridge Vet will help you and make it happen.
