If you want top quality materials and components, great communication, great people to work with and reasonable prices, look no further than East Coast. Lou and Chris couldn't have been any better to deal with. Always courteous and respectful and thoroughly cleaned up after the job, AND Lou and his wife are cat rescue people which means a lot to us animal lovers. Beautiful work from an excellent company. I really enjoyed working with Lou. I liked the fact he was local and lived nearby so I knew he’d stand behind his product. I just got roll down shutters on all the sliders and windows on my home. I had an antiquated system that was such a hassle. Now I’ll be ready for a storm in no time. PLUS, I saved 32.5% on my wind and hail insurance which is a huge savings! Thanks Lou!

I had an amazing experience with East Coast Storm Shutters. Lou was awesome to work with. I had storm shutters put on my home in Surf City by another company. I could never get them back out to service them. I called Lou and East Coast Storm Shutters to see if they could help me with the service. They came when they told me and serviced the shutters. I was so happy with Lou and his company that I had them put shutters on our house at Wrightsville Beach. His quality is the best and are so happy with the work and product. The owner, Lou, even emailed when a potential hurricane was approaching to see if we needed help with the shutters. We were able to close and open the shutters he put on with no problem and feel confident they will help our home during a storm. I would definitely use East Coast Storm shutters for my next home and I have told all my family and friends about their quality and customer service.
