Great first time experience. The lady some are complaining about here was extremely helpful took a lot of time trying to get our coupons to match with the app., now that she showed me how to use the app better I definitely will be back

Older lady with glasses (worker) was rude to everyone in line in front of me. I get up to the line to get Tabacco product. Had my id already on the counter for her. Proceeded to make rude comments about my appearance. Told her I would take my business somewhere else for her rude comments. I then I had to ask MULTIPLE TIME FOR MY OWN ID BACK. worst experience of customer service I’ve ever had!

Had a disappointing experience tonight. The woman with the short grey hair and glasses was very rude. After without knowing that it wasnt an option to check out a gift card at self check out it notified the employees to come and help. This woman comes over and all she says is “you were not suppose to do that” with a rude tone. After I apologize she says nothing to me. After that rude encounter I definitely wasn’t going to say thank you after an easy fix with how she talked to me like I was a child. Telling me “now you can continue on with this” and pointed at the rest of my items that needed to be checked out. I’m not an employee how am I supposed to know these things. You never know what people are going through. Please think before you speak and be nicer to customers.
