We have rented two different properties from Hobbs in April and May 2024. Both were very clean and well maintained and well stocked. The toiletries and kitchen items provided are so handy. With one rental we needed a maintenance call to help with the pool and they came right over. The staff with whom we spoke were so courteous and helpful.

Nothing is more frustrating than pulling into an expensive vacation rental and the pool being filthy, the hot tub not working at all (on top of being filthy with grime and old broken toys floating inside of it…and it not showing any sign of a recent servicing). In addition, the electronics such as: WiFi, TV’s have been unplugged from behind and we are not able to operate any of the TV’s or access internet even after plugging in. It almost seems as if this home hasn’t been rented for a long while or the last vacationers got upset and just decided to make things hard for the next family in line. One of the showers has nothing but old dried sand on the floor as well. This is all we have noticed within the first hour here..I’m sure more will arise. I have called the after hours line and left 2 messages which I’m sure I will not hear anything until Monday…if that.. Extremely disappointed in this home as I share my opinions/experience so far. I urge others to be careful with renting from this company as well.

I cannot fully express in a short review how perfect this house was! We had 5 adult couples and 2 babies and plenty of room for everyone! It is large, beautifully decorated, comfortable home! The kitchen had everything we needed from a bottle opener to a griddle to feed the masses, an ice maker and plenty of dishes & cookware. The pool & hot tub are fantastic & the elevator is super handy for loading & unloading! My favorite thing is the gorgeous view of the ocean right out back!We'd love to make this a yearly visit! The one & only problem is how difficult it is to leave!

Hobbs always follows through with any rental issues. The extras provided in the home (beds already made, starter toiletries and kitchen items) are greatly appreciated.

We've always gone with Hobbs. For over 25 years. t's easy, you know the full amount before you purchase and they have a very helpful and courteous staff. The houses are always clean and ready to go.

Signals 707 was a great rental house. Plenty of room in the house, and having multiple decks on the ocean was great for just sitting outside soaking up the sun when not the on the beach was awesome. The only one nitpick was the lower level did not have blinds/curtainson the windows or doors. The added privacy would have been nice.

This house is amazing. Our family had a great week in this house. The kids loved the pool even though it wasn't heated. The deck has great views of the ocean. I recommend this house.

Recently renovated, fully stocked vacation dream house. We only have two suggestions: please make sure the bushes are trimmed so we can watch for dolphins and add some lighting over the dinner table for those of us who are game lovers. We really did love the place!

Renting this property for the week was easy and Hobbs did a good job of communicating with me both prior to arrival and during the check in process. The unit itself is a little dated, but was clean and well maintained. Great beachfront location and there was a nice bonus room for working and taking conference call. I would rent this unit again if visiting Holden Beach.

Prompt service. Checking in they informed me of a crack on the stovetop and provided portable cooktops, if needed.I contacted Hobbs regarding low propane in the tank for the grill. They brought out a filled tank immediately. Great service.House was clean, spacious and the kitchen was adequately supplied. Pool and hot tub clean. Very nice stay.

Beautiful house and location with full view of the ocean. House was clean but found some dirty spots in bathrooms. Elevator worked awesome. Overall great place to stay.

The house was amazing! It was the best house we stayed in with enough room for all of us! It was 5 minutes from the bridge, very close to the ocean and it had a pool! We are sad we can’t stay in it next year!
