“If you are vacationing in OIB and don't want a sit-down restaurant meal every night, consider visiting the Publix deli. The sandwiches are yummy and absolutely huge. We couldn't finish our food in one meal, so we had it for dinner and lunch the next day. I had the Italian sub and my wife got a buffalo chicken sub, which was basically a bread boat filled with chicken. Regular grocery prices are higher than what I'm used to, but tourism, I guess. Some of the product placement seemed odd (how come the paper towels were with the cleaning supplies instead of with the other paper products?), but that’s a minor quibble. The store is clean (except for the golf tee in the men's room sink and I don't want to think about why it was in there or what it was used for), the staff is incredibly friendly, and we would certainly return.”
“This little mini Mart is one for my favorite places to get my snacks and drinks for work and adult beverages after work. The employees are always pleasant and helpful when I need some information on what is where and what is the best buy.”
“What looks like a plain old gas station from the road is actually a good-vibes-only outpost for hungry musicians, fishermen, and beach bums alike. Sheffield’s is our jam whenever we roll through Ocean Isle — fresh local shrimp for the fishin’ line, chicken for the crab pots, and even people food that’ll make you feel like you’re headlining a seafood festival. Grouper, shrimp, crab legs — all fresh and ready to rock.
They’ve got the kind of grocery stash that saves you from driving over the bridge — onions, lemons, spices, kid snacks, and a solid beer and wine selection that hits the right notes every time. Family-owned with friendly staff that treat you like part of the crew.
Our tour pup, Dolly Parton, got her first whiff of pompano, whiting, and even a baby shark (doo doo doo doo) thanks to Sheffield’s bait. Bonus points for fair gas prices and for how much fishing gear they actually have in there—everything you need.

“I have been living in Supply NC for 3 year's now. When I want a good quality meat at a descent price, I go to Hills Supermarket. I have been cooking for 45 Year's, 28 of those year's in the public. I am very picky about what I purchased, if you want your money's worth then shop with them. They are Awesome”

This young lady not only greeted me with a smile but, found coupons attached to some of my items that I was unaware of, and made sure they were all scanned, and I received the proper discounts.

“I love Lowe's Food Store ! I shop at two different locations one being Ocean Isle Beach, NC and the other Little River, SC. Both stores are very well stocked and clean. Associates and staff are very friendly and very helpful. I love the Little River location on Wednesday senior citizens get 5% off the grocery bill unfortunately Ocean Isle Beach does not honor the senior citizens on Wednesday! I also earn five s*** off every hundred I spend for gas which I purchase in Little River at their Lowes Food gas station very convenient!”
“Had a wide selection of prepaid mobile phone refill cards. Appeared to have every carrier. Except T-mobile, the one I volunteered to pick up for a neighbor. But an employee, Jill, was very helpful, coming from the register to help me look, hoping i had overlooked it.”

“For the idiot who says to go to this store if you want covid, you sound like a moron. Many people have had the vaccines, many don't believe covid is as bad as the CDC makes it out to be and not sure why you want to be a "Karen" just because you are uninformed about this virus. Sounds like you need educated. Stupid doesn't look good on most people. I happen to be one of those folks that I go in the store, in this very store without a mask because I feel safe I am healthy as a 59 year old man and the ladies that work here are extremely nice professional and very helpful. If you choose not to go there then don't go there but don't bash everybody else for not wearing a mask because she want to play victim.
