Wagner's is my "go to" for all of my automotive needs. The fellas up there are always on top of looking out for their customers, and are on top of communication! Never a question unanswered, and I've never been disappointed with any part of servicing there. When I take a vehicle there, I trust them enough to tell them to just fix whatever it needs. That speaks volumes! Both of my personal vehicles go there.

Incredible service from David of Wagner Tires. We needed to have our two cars' annual safety inspections done for registration. They were fast, friendly, and take walk-ins. I also asked to have wiper blades installed (~$40 total) and we are set for the rain! We will definitely return as new issues arise for normal auto repairs.

Correction to my last review was told by my mechanic had a oil leak from the bottom was never told when I had my oil changed at this location also didn't put my shield all the way back in ..missing..bolts and the other bolts were not even tight

Do not bring your car here for service!!! - guaranteed it'll be back within a week with another issue. Also, the customer service is HORRIBLE - we dropped off the car 5 days ago and still haven't received a courtesy call about what is going on. When I called up this morning to see if they'd gotten to look at it, David, the person who picked up the phone at Wagner, basically confirmed he had no clue and didn't seem to care. I asked if he could check - he put the phone down and YELLED "Do we have a status on this F***ing Saturn?!" With the fowl language and lack of care, it's clear that Wagner could CARE LESS about the consumer. After this experience, I asked to speak with a supervisor and apparently they were at lunch. After coordinating with AAA to get the car towed to a different location, I called back Wagner and Brandon, the supervisor picked up. I explained the situation that I experienced with David, reiterating what he had said to me about the F***ing Saturn, and asked Brandon to confirm with me that the car was back out on the lot so we can get it towed. Brandon then says "I'm not going to have you talk like this to us, ma'am....." His associate was the one who said it to me in the first place - yet now the supervisor is reprimanding the customer for the fowl language that the associate used, even though their associate was the one who said it ON THE PHONE...with the CUSTOMER...in the first place. NOT TO MENTION....... The car is still sitting there after 5 days.......after just having been at Wagner about a week ago. I very rarely write yelp reviews but wanted to share this experience to save someone else the trouble of having to experience their horrible service. Find another shop.

My mother and I have been customers for years and after the past 3 experiences, I'm done. When you pay 110 dollars for an alignment, then have to take it back because the wheel is crooked, leave it all day with no apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience, then get the car back again and it's perfectly obvious to anyone with any automotive knowledge that they did absolutely nothing to the car. The wheel is still crooked; but I was told the problem was fixed. This isn't the first time something of this nature has happened, but it is the last time I will trust them. Happily taking my business elsewhere. I advise the same until whatever is going on in the shop is figured out. Cheers.

I was provided a detailed description of all work completed on my car. I was called prior to all necessary repairs letting me know what needed to be done and anticipated cost. I was also alerted to some things that would need to be addressed in the near future, which is especially important since my car is an older model.

Best experience I’ve had at a car-related place! Wagner Tire is extremely reliable and their customer service is exceptional. This is the first time I didn’t feel as if I was being ripped off by an auto shop so thank you!

Racist or just don't want to do the work? I hate the word "RACIST" but being of different color in a small town NC, I wonder sometimes. Wagner tire and auto in Hillsborough, do not take your vehicles there for repairs. They will charge double and take your money quickly. Taking the truck back to fix what they supposed to have fixed is another story. Stopped there Thursday afternoon, was told "no appointment needed and it's first come first serve basis", and I was OK with that. First one in line Friday morning and left the truck there all day. Left work early to pick up the truck before they closed that day and was told they didn't have the time to look at the truck but to bring it back next Tuesday, "first come first serve"? Again, first one in line Tuesday morning, and again was told we can't check out your truck until next week. I wish I didn't have to take it back to them, but we spent a lot of money for repairs that's not done right. I am not one of the local good ole boys and don't know the manager personally, but they need to treat all customers the same and do the right thing.

Wagner's consistently does good work and is reliable. I have been bringing my family's cars there for years and they are respectful, honest, and communicate issues clearly. Their prices are also pretty reasonable.

Had our tire fixed and back on the road within 10 minutes. Unbelievable. Highly recommend.
