The vet clinic never answers the phone and won't reply to emails from their customer service to get my dog's meds approved and shipped. It's been 2 weeks and my only option if they don't just answer the phone will be to drive 30 minutes there to tell them to reply to their emails

TSC has gone downhill over the past few years, steadily getting worse with each interaction.
Avoid same delivery unless you can submit your order BEFORE 11am. Otherwise you are charged $19.98 for same day that arrives next day. Happened to me twice.
Today while trying to get the full day trailer from my rewards the other cashier was renting the ONLY rental trailer available.
So over these corporate stores who just do not care about their customers.

I've always really enjoyed this place. Sorry to hear about their lack of commitment to DEI, and am now looking for alternative haberdashers, etc...

Great staff! My weed wacker died. It was late in the day. I needed a hand tool to cut down high grass. I did not see what I wanted in the display area. But I knew it was something that TS would have. I found and asked an employee who knew what I was talking about. He dropped what he was doing, looked in the display area for me, he didn’t see it either. He then went to the back room asked other employees and found what I needed. THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I wish that they carried Stihl brand power equipment. Though Husquvarna is good too.
UPDATE:
This place isn’t so great I would really give them a two stars they don’t have Sthil equipment which is the number one chainsaw dealer in the United States and they don’t have John Deere tractor parts. John Deere is the worlds largest tractor company in the world. How can they not have these parts ?
Are you really shouldn’t call them self tractor supply because they don’t have tractor supplies. They have simple wooden garden tools.

I love tractor supply! They always have great customer service and friendly staff. The store is always organized and clean. They now have a vet service available that has walk-in appointments which I do recommend!

Horrible... you can only buy a trailer on Fridays, as thats the only day the Notary is available... and sales person was very rude about it. Edit.. I called the number you gave me, was promised Mike the manager would call...instead the person that told me NO called and told me I misunderstood....I didnt misunderstand NO. This went from bad to worse...and MIKE never called, just the employee. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I have low opinions of other major hardware chains. I like tractor supply they are reasonable priced and well stocked in genre if not a specific brand and their generic brand is comparable for clothing. I don’t like that as I get older the size small seems to be ceding territory to L and XLL and XXL, as Americans I suppose we Americant waste space on small framed clothing because we use our tractors to supply co rn to eat in abundance (thank you Earl Butz) which spikes blood sugar levels leading to excessive insulin levels in our blood which causes us to convert the sugar in said corn to fat deposits which we store in our (earl) butts which necessitate XL and Pro Max sized cuts for Carhartt denims. Helpful staff, some more knowledgeable than others. Friendly and necessary livestock and pet services department for our farm animals (and dog washing station). Wheel chair accessible. Bathroom facilities available. Loading area for “pro” users though Apple has effectively killed any meaning in the word ‘pro” at this point everything is pro ultra max uber ales. I wish they had less John Deere stuff and more international harvester but these are small things. I recommend it (then Ace) above the other two bigger boxier options.

Did you know you can wash your pet here? Forget the hassle of washing and cleaning up after your dog at home. Here they have everything you need including brushes, towels, professionally cleaning products and auto dryers. When bringing your pet in, be sure to pay at the front so they can give you your towels. It is $9.99 and you have access to all the above. The station was clean upon my arrival but I opted not to use the brushes available because they had quite a bit of hair on them. Very smooth process.

The staff are usually helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. Selection of supplies and tools is limited but adequate. I like TSC for speed of getting in and out compared to other similar establishments.

Asked for hay bale, bought at register, was given straw instead. Forgot to check until I got home. Very disappointing. Whether it was laziness negligence or malice I am very dissatisfied with my experience at this store.
