I purchased an official Premier League winter ball from SOCCER.COM for my son for Christmas, and it was leaking in less than 6 weeks with minimal use. When I reached out to customer service, I received a generic response, and a second, patronizingly offensive one. The company advised that since I had purchased the ball in November, when I reached out in February it was over the 60-day guarantee window. While I understand the policy since I can read it off their website, I was hoping that a human being who cares about repeat business might review the situation and realize that it would be better for all parties for them to simply replace the ball. When I tried to continue this exchange with a follow-up email, I was told my business was appreciated. It certainly does not seem like my business was appreciated and they will never receive my business again. In addition, I hope that everyone else chooses not to patronize a so-called family company that would leave a 12-year old boy in tears rather than send another replacement ball for less than $40.00. Please do not shop at SOCCER.COM or its parent company Sports Endeavours.

Received wrong size on an order. Returned as per their antiquated process. Requested refund twice, the second time being assured my return had been received at their warehouse and my refund would be processed in 7-10 days. Waited 3 weeks before asking a third time about the refund only to be asked again for the return tracking number. Dealt with a different person every time and they appear not to have a system capable of tracking returns and customer service requests. Tired of being run around trying to get my money back.

Absolutely horrendous experience, bought a FC Barcelona jersey they “HAD IN STOCK” back in august and was told I was getting the order shipped early September and receiving late September. I’ve received a message every week for the past 3 months with a “Order Date Change” I’ve just received my 8th date change and have been told I will now be receiving my order in January…….JANUARY!!!! When I ordered in August and was supposed to get it in September. Every time I’ve contacted them to tell them how unacceptable that is, the only thing they pretty much say is “yeah it’s on back order so dates might change but you can cancel your order if you like” excuse me!? Why did you post a jersey you didn’t have and waiting for people to buy it to tell them you won’t get it until the next year!? The season will literally almost be over?! I never write reviews but this is just terrible

HORRIBLE Company.....Do not Recommend. When purchasing they recommend you to sign up for there goal club membership and boast that is gives you a 10% discount on every order and puts asterisk next to it and then if you scroll down the page it says excluding club orders. Isn't this False Advertising?

Placed an order online for 'Eclipse Store X' & they never shipped anything or responded to my requests.. then somehow 'Sports Endeavors' got the order (3 weeks later after I paid express shipping) & they won't respond to emails or answer calls! One big scheme!! STAY AWAY FROM 'SPORTS ENDEAVORS' & 'ECLIPSE STORE X'..

I ordered cleats for my step daughter on Nov 7th for her senior year and paid extra for 2 day shipping. They said they would arrive by Nov. 14th. Here we are and its December 14th and still nothing. Didnt respond to an email and the call center was basically useless. Horrible company. Do not order from these people.

PLease don"t buy anything from Soccer.com , i order uniforms for my daughters club team on July 22 only according them them the shipped out the essentials shorts and jersey on Sep 23 . i called them and they told me that warm ups will be shipped by 2 weeks and they will overnight it . so i call back today Oct 12 and now they told me that warm ups are NOT essentials but i have to wait another 2 - 3 weeks. if you can use order from someone else please do so and save yourself a headache.

Left one star because zero was not an option. My order was supposed to ship yesterday. When I called them, they stated it could be 3 weeks or longer before it ships. By then, there will only be 3 games left in the season. The refused to cancel my order.

Never got jersey in time for my game
