No missed calls no heads up message from the tow company, not even the driver, just drove off worst service reliability, aaa had to reschedule them twice and no decent customer service was ever established from J and t, would rather pay out of pocket for a full tow than to ever rely on this company, understanding this is a large rural area, I'm sure they stay busy, im patient, but there are a lot of other companies to go with. Been waiting for a day and a half for this tow; PLEASE go with a different tow company, you'll regret this one.

After arranging a tow with roadside assistance, we were given a timeline of an hour and a half. We received several texts saying they would be there shortly. After 3 hours of sitting with our car, we called and asked about the time. The gentleman said he stepped out of the office and would call back. About an hour later, we received a text from the roadside assistance saying they had completed the job. We called roadside assistance to tell them that they had not completed and they called back to say that were notified that they had canceled the service without notifying us. This is bad business.

They came to me today at the recycling center on High Rock, ‘cause my truck wouldn’t start. Instead of just towing me they got under the truck, under the hood, poked and pondered; decided it was a faulty fuel pump relay; swapped it for a non-essential one in the box; vroom! Then they followed me to make sure I got home. Grease covered geniuses, with hearts to match.

Travis is an entire Ahole guy. He came out eventually and just hung up on my wife over and over while my wife trying to give him directions. Then when the car got to me he was still being a whole entire Ahole as I tried to tell him how to take the truck off. This a BMW X6M known for not liking their eBrakes engage on a hill. Then he just mouths off at me and tells me I have 5 mins to get it off the truck as if I work for him. He then dumps my truck in the middle of the road.Im calling triple AAA to file a complaint and give them the bill for the ebrake repair.

I called AAA to get my trailer towed to a repair shop and clearly stated that a roll back was needed. They showed up without a rollback and looks like he just rolled out of a garbage can with how nasty he looked and said was going to try to tow it. The trailer was sitting on the edge of the road and while trying to hook it up he tore my yard all to pieces. I don’t even understand how he got into the yard in the first place and after multiple attempts he says he is going to send a rollback and I state that I wish he would of just sent the rollback in the beginning so he wouldn’t have tore my yard up. He then states your aren’t going to tell me how to do my job and that they weren’t suppose to haul this type of trailer. I told him to leave my property then he refuses to do so and says he can do what he wants. I told him he can stay there if he wants and then threatens me with a weapon saying he “has something for me” but finally pulls off after I say I’m calling the police. I called the main office and they acted like they didn’t care and lied and said they were the only ones that offered AAA in my town which isn’t true. So save your self the trouble and use someone else. Wouldn’t want my wife or kids to have to deal with that type of service at all!!!

Was attempting to change lanes when one of their vehicles sped up and cut me off. I attempted to move around of and out of their way when they changed lanes without using a signal and cut me off. They did this a couple of times to other drivers and was driving rather fast for driving conditions. Based on how rude and reckless their drivers are I wouldn’t dare trust them with any of my vehicles.

Professional, courteous, and underst5anding. These terms I do not usually think of when encountering towed vehicles. J&T was all that and more. They made a very stressful situation, easier to deal with. They follow through on every aspect of the event. Pictures, emails, text. Extremely easy to do business with. The transportation services I was using to and from work due to my car being in the shop had trouble They ended up calling AAA they called this towing service his attitude from the call confirming the location was very rude.When he arrived was even worst I just couldn't believe how cold ,and short he was a very bad experience wouldn't ever use them them if I had to It's Sad you can't support your own local businesses

Total shameful and shameless SCAM operated company. In the HISTORY of driving to Virginia Beach from Hillsboro has ANYONE EVER taken the Richmond route??? My son hit a deer on interstate 85 and was towed to VA Beach. The moronic driver told him he was taking the "Northern" route through Richmond????? Instead of I-85 to route 58 which would have added several hundred dollars to the tow charge!!! My son tried to explain the southern route was the obvious best way but the greedy driver wouldn't listen. I called AAA and filed a complaint and they called the driver and made him switch his deceitful direction. Use any other tow company before you need their service. I will be contacting the owner directly and sincerely hope AAA pulls them from allowing anymore roadside calls for them.

My tire blew out on the highway and after calling AAA, Ryan with J & T Towing arrived within 15 minutes. He was professional and kind and immediately put me at ease in a stressful situation. He safely towed my car to the nearest AAA service center for repairs. Thank you Ryan!!Service: Car towing
