“Why are you in business and wasting my time? I want PVC fascia boards. How did Lowe's get the upper hand and take advantage of you? Get it together and bring in some PVC fascia boards nation- wide. Nobody wants fascia that rots out in 5 years, give me PVC in every size and length or get out of my streets. You have one end cap with 8' PVC and half is out of stock. I don't want no MDF, I don't want primed pine. Give me that P V C before you're deleted in the next DLC.

“Great workers in this store and great for Hillsborough. Attempted to order a door installation and was told they contract this work out. The contractor said it would take three weeks before he could even measure for the door. After three weeks, he showed up to the house out of the blue without calling, and then left a message saying we had to reschedule. I talked to an employee in the store and they said they have been trying to get rid of these guys for a long time because they are terrible. Management, please listen to your workers.”

“I went to this location to return an item for my husband. I was greeted almost immediately by an employee and directed to the register where she handled my return efficiently and with a friendly demeanor. The store was well stocked and I was encouraged by the employee to take a look around. EVERY SINGLE employee I encountered was helpful and genuinely seemed to want to help, stopping what they were working on to help me find what I was looking for. The gentleman that helped me on the floor had asked over the walkie for where the item I was looking for might be and while we were looking for it we ran into a manager/owner who then walked me over to the larger spray bottles (I wanted a mini size for the one succulent plant I have) and offered an alternative solution since they didn’t have what I needed. I cannot tell you how shocking, in the best way, it was to get such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
