Went in for a service this morning, everything went just fine. In and out in less than 1 hour, can't beat that. Everything was neat and organized, nice waiting lounge with refreshments. I will absolutely be a returning customer.

Worked with Scott in the Service Department. Great customer service. If they say they are going to do something, they do it. Here lately, good customer service is hard to find. Will be my routine maintenance dealership from now on.

Wish I could give it lower than 1 star. I bought a promaster for my business from them earlier this year. Since buying the promaster I have brought it back 3-4 times with various issues. The last time they keep my car a week and didn't communicate at all. I called in only to find out that there was a problem with the engine block, but warranty did cover and it was ready for pickup. After picking up and driving it off the lot I noticed that multiple service lights were still on. We brought it back the next day and again no communication from the service department (Adam). I had to call again after a few days to check the status thinking it would be ready for pick-up and was told that it will need a whole new engine because the issues was bigger than what they thought originally. I waited more time thinking it's being worked and they were submitting paperwork for the warranty. I called back to find out nothing was done because they were waiting on my registration to move forward and I was told by manager Adam that they contacted me multiple times which I have no record of. The registration was in the vehicle the whole time so many days were wasted. I was told by Adam that he would keep me in contact of the progress it has been another week with no communication at all. I called and was told that Adam is not in today and nobody else can tell me the status of my vehicle. The service department has had my vehicle for 3 weeks now and still no progress made. This is also a business vehicle so I am losing money everyday this is not on the road. I would stay away from this dealership and service department.

I went to several places in July looking for a Jeep Wrangler. When checking with Hillsborough Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I was greeted by Bryan Jones. Very friendly, professional and super Customer Service oriented. He wasn't the typical pushy salesman. He answered all my questions while driving the certified Jeep I was interested in. After my husband drove it, to see what he thought, he gave me the thumbs up on the Jeep and it was purchased. The caring Customer Service did not stop after my purchase. I have called Bryan several times asking various questions about my Jeep and each time he was just as polite, kind and patient as the very first time we met. Today he took the time to show me how to store the two panels, from the Jeep top, into the storage bag. I could tell Bryan wasn't just in the business for a good sale; he made a lasting impression on me as well!! Thank you, Bryan for being the kind of sales person anyone would be happy to have!

While I enjoyed my time here and while I think the people are kind and genuine, I would recommend purchasing a new vehicle rather than used. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on a Friday and it had had a check engine light/unable to drive it by the following Wednesday. The (expensive, more coverage) warranty I purchased through the dealership did not apply to the battery that needed replacing. There are more issues that have come up since replacing the battery that the repair shop has told me regarding electrical and transmission. Still waiting to see what those are and cost they’ll carry.Again this isn’t anyone’s fault. It’s the price you pay for used cars. However, I’m thoroughly upset and disappointed. Please buy a new car if you’re able to. Used cars are simply not worth the headache.

I have to brag on this place for a second. Shopping for a car as a girl can really be daunting. But Bryan Jones really took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I was informed about my purchase. He didn’t try to pressure me into buying things I didn’t need and he made sure I got a great deal! If you’re looking for someone you can trust go see Bryan he’s the best!

I've purchased many new vehicles in my life. My experience buying and financing a new Ram pickup truck with Hillsborough Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has been the best ever. No sales hype or pressure, just real, friendly people doing their honest best to help you get exactly what you want. This is especially true for our sales reps Bryan Jones. Stellantis financing option was even better than what my credit union had to offer. I would highly recommend Bryan and this Hillsborough dealership!

Wish I could give it a Zero rating! I have owned many, many vehicles. This is the absolute worse dealership I have ever tried to work with. They do not stand behind their sales. They won’t return phone calls to discuss. Bryan lied during his ‘sales’ pitch. The sales manager stated it was ‘my issue to deal with!’ They do not meet requirements for Jeep Corporation Certified Pre-owned vehicles. Buyers beware and shop elsewhere!!

Great, pleasant from beginning to end. The agent who checked me in was helpful and thorough. The waiting room was cool and spacious, lots of comfortable chairs. This is my third time getting my car serviced here and I will continue to use them.

Scott and the other folks at Hillsbourgh Chrysler dodge were very nice and helpful. The mechanics did a great job fixing my AC and my brakes. Ill be bringing my car and ram truck to them in the future. I've had bad experiences at other Chrysler dodge dealers in Raleigh and Burlington. If you live anywhere in the triangle area, bring your vehicle to Hillsbourgh.

My fault I didn’t read thru the paperwork before I signed the contract. I overpaid for my 2021 vehicle. After reading the reviews here, it seems this is a common way they do business. I was excited when the salesman told me I would receive lifetime oil changes for the vehicle. However, the first time I scheduled an oil change online, they called me back and told me they needed to reschedule because they didn’t have enough Staff. I understood, and I was happy to reschedule. Three months later I go online and schedule an oil change. The next day I get a call, they cannot do the oil change until the following weekend. They blamed it on the online scheduling system. However, it seems my vehicle takes less priority because the oil change is free. I have pre-paid for the oil changes when I over paid for the vehicle. They are very good at reeling in new customers, but don’t follow through on what they promise you as an existing customer.
