Store does not sort sizes. So you must look thru each row or color and check the size.
When checking out, no bag was offered, strange, it was a breakable item.
Not my favorite goodwill.

One of the workers gave this lady all the good bags in her hands so she can resell it I guess they have a deal or she pays for it she also does it with other people my wife try to grab one of the bags and the lady was rude with my wife I hope this problem gets solve!!

Store only has 3 carts, 2 of which were being used by employees. One employee, even when done using the cart, put it behind the register so no one could use it. Couldn't shop for more than 10 minutes due to bad back. Will not be back. Prices were also higher than other goodwill stores.

My daughter & I stopped in on our way to visit a relative in the hospital. We rummaged through the children's bin knowing all kids bin items are $1.69 & if the item is under 24mnths it's $1.49. My daughter picked up 2 dresses size 4T & I grabbed 1 summer skirt 3T & 1 cotton vest 24mnths. This employee tried to tell us any item over 24mnth was $3.15. We told her they were in the bin. She said customers take things off the hangers & toss them in the bin. This made NO sense to us. I told her that I could pull 20 items out of those bins that was over 24mnths. Absolutely ridiculous. There are adult bins for men, women & children. I've never experienced anything like this ever in all my years of shopping at Goodwill. Needless to say she needed the proper training & education on Goodwill bin prices. We left outraged.

Staff is very nice, especially considering they're usually under staffed. The stores kept clean and usually has a very nice selection.

The black lady in this store was so rude to my son and took away the toy he was holding because he wasn’t going to buy it like really he was just looking at it for a second to see if he wanted to buy it. I don’t recommend anyone to this place if I could I would give zero stars.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have young kids and I like to go shopping with them. We went to this location because it was on our way home from Walmart. My oldest 4 year old, can’t talk yet. So he brought a stuff animal toy to me to ask if we could get it and a lady that worked there came up to us in front of everyone that was shopping and yelled at us are you going buy that toy your kid is playing with. If not you need to not let them play with them. Looking on the comments on this place looks like she’s still the one everyone’s talking about and still works there. I would avoid shooing here or donating at this location.

DO OT BRING YOUR DONATIONS TO THIS LOCATION!An obnoxious employee screamed from the top of the lungs at me this morning when I brought donations. I actually felt physically threatened.

Lame 3 years ago and still lame now. No real merchandise other than clothes. Dregs of the triad stores that attract the most rude lady employee. Even if she is a volunteer she can still be fired. Sorry but you're on a mission to help people and this one aint cuttin it when employee rudeness turns away customers. Never go back. Go to other Triad stores for great stuff, great employees and serve those in need elsewhere other than this store.

The rude lady name is Sharon she is very rude, and There is no consequence for the way that she act.That’s why she continue to act in such a way.I will not spend my money with people who act like animals.

Very rude lady works there and she's been there forever so yeah plus they don't let you use the bathroom unlike other Goodwill's in the area ?
