Great overall experience! I made a last minute decision to purchase a new suit for my grandmothers funeral. And when I say last minute I mean the day before. (Bless my ADHD heart) anyway. I was greeted by Ally and I asked her too point me in the direction of men’s suits. She asked if she could help me find what I was looking for and man am I glad she did. Ally turned into this suit ninja! Recommending colors and grabbing sizes, shirts, ties, pocket squares, cuff links. Not only did I buy a 3 pc suit for the funeral, the prices were so good I bought another suit for back up. Ally and the crew here are amazing and they will get all of my business and anyone I hear in need of a suit/tux/dress/gown I’ll be sending their way!! In the age of dying customer service Ally stepped up to the plate and drove it out of the park! Go see them, ask for Ally tell her I sent you!

This place is very very nice!! The young lady that helped us was phenomenal!!! My son was preparing for prom and isn’t the model size and she went above and beyond to help us fine a suit for him that fit very nice!!!

As a first time customer of Formalwear Outlet, the selection of formal attire was at a surplus! My family and I enjoyed our time looking for the perfect dress and we found it, thanks to the sales rep Alana that was helping us for 2 days! Alana was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about her job which made the process for us very easy. 10/10 service and we hope to visit again and will recommend others.

I went to the store today shopping with my son for a tuxedo for prom and we had the pleasure of working with Jenna. I just want to really express my appreciation for Jenna. She was friendly, patient and kind. My son was super indecisive and he took a very long time making a decision so much to the point that I was annoyed but even when I got irritated with him Jenna still remained the same patient calm and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the different sizes and gave suggestions to get us into the right tuxedo for him. I didn’t know anything about what he needed or where even to start at with looking and Jenna took lead and helped us pick out everything that we needed. Now as for the warehouse they had a lot to choose from and all different sizes. We are very pleased with our purchase. I definitely recommend this place and consider yourself lucky if you have the pleasure to work with Jenna as we did.

A large choice of prom dresses and tuxedos. The associates are extremely helpful in finding the right fit without being pushy. Found the perfect tuxedo for my HS freshman and prom dress for my HS Senior, all for an affordable price. Great experience and worth the drive from Cameron, NC to Hillsborough, NC.

This is our second year shopping for prom dresses. Huge selection, but this year there was more vibrant colors than muted compared to last year. There are no returns, only exchanges within 10 business days.
