There was a mix up when they handed me my pizzas. I recognized that the pizzas I was being handed were not mine. I'm sure the young fellow who gave me the pizzas was doing his best. However, he seemed to think that since I was old and 'confused' he needed to explain the situation. His talking only made things worse for me.I did finally get the right pizzas. They were good, but not as good as usual. One was burnt along the edge, both were not as flavorful as expected.The noise-level, banging pans and motor-like noises made for poor communication.

See I LOVE domino's but seriously are ya'll on a pizza sauce shortage? every time i order there is barely any sauce in my bite then they didn't get the order right so i spent the rest of the night looking at it out of sight and respectfully ask you put more sauce and actually cut the pizza instead of doing weak lines to make it look cut and then its never cut, seriously I wanna believe you actually know how pizza is made not harassing just disappointmentKid-friendliness: make kid sizes for the little ones

Why is the Alfredo always so dry literally just a dish with dry noodles. Idk who the manager is or how the amount of Alfredo sauce is measured but I don’t think the team is adding the right amount every other dominos I’ve eaten the Alfredo has had sauce visible in the dish and on the noodles now I live in Hillsborough and this location is my only option and I can’t eat the Alfredo because there’s never any Alfredo sauce in the dish!!!!

Currently waiting 2 hours since my order online. The store is utterly unresponsive to phone calls and you cannot reach anyone beyond the robotic voice. Actually the worst experience I've had the misfortune of undertaking from pizza delivery. If you want to get your food at all, I do not recommend this place.

I always get quality food from this establishment, Maybe a few mistakes but they are eager to fix it without a doubt. The delivery drivers always super cool, pickup is the same great service.

While the store was busy, and in the middle of a truck delivery, they still managed to make our order and bring it to our car via curbside delivery in under 15 minutes. That may sound like a long time, but considering we ordered 3 medium hand tossed pizzas when we pulled into their parking lot, I call that successfully fast. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious.

I ordered 3 pizzas: 1 medium pepperoni, 1 medium cheese, and 1 medium thin crust with veggies. All pizzas were almost cold when they arrived (I'm 4 minutes down the road). The pepperoni was abominable, literally the worst bite of pizza I have ever put in my mouth. The pepperoni smelled funky and tasted so gross I instantly spit it out. My son also complained about the smell and taste, we ended up throwing the pizza away. The cheese was cold but edible and the thin crust was decent. The pepperoni pizza was so gross I am certain we would have been sick if we actually ate any of it, and didn't spit out the bites we took.

The person who answered my call couldn't tell what I was saying because I was sick and so they just hung up. When I called back I got placed on hold that never ended. I didn't feel like cooking so I was gonna order pizza and it kinda pissed me off how poor the customer service was
