Cloud 9 is a hidden gem! Sandra is an extremely talented and experienced stylist who takes one on one time with all of her clients. She never rushes you out of her chair and is a perfectionist when it comes to the cut. I wear my hair very short and am kind of picky-Sandra recognizes this and is always up to tackle any new hairstyle I throw at her using a variety of techniques. She is also a color and highlight expert. I love that she books out her clients for several appointments in advance so I always know I'll have a standing appointment-very nice for people with busy/hectic lifestyles!
