I ordered a wedge over 12 weeks ago, and never received it. You refuse to return my phone calls. I requested a refund, but u won't return my calls. Unethical behavior. Don't order from this place or you'll probably regret it.

This H mat is the greatest invention out there. I have used it for beginners through advanced gymnasts. I now use it to teach handicapped athletes. It is a miracle. It taught one of my wheelchair students how to stand upright, balance, walk! God Bless Carolina Gym Supply! Sarah Jane Clifford

Not happy with the customer service drive 45 minutes place was locked up during office hours. Once someone came to the door he had to call office manager only for her to say office is close and just come back Monday. This is totally inaccessible and unprofessional.

We have been buying mats and equipment from Carolina Gym Supply for over 35 years. Our gym space is 20,000 sq ft and its 80% matted with CGS mats and both floors are from them. The mats outlast any other brand that we've tried and their rest-pit systems are great. Ben and his crew go the extra mile to make sure everything is how you wanted it. Give them a call - you'll be glad you did!

I have been a gym owner for 8 year. When we opened we ordered mats from 2 different suppliers/ mat makers one of which was Carolina Gym Supply. After the first 3 years ALL of our mats from the other supplier were broken down, some to the point that we couldn't use them anymore. At that time we foolishly ordered from yet a different supplier (because they were cheaper than Carolina) And now 4 years later the best mats in our gym are still the Carolina mats we purchased in the beginning. All our Carolina 8" mats still have handles and none of them are 'dead'... and we use them.. a lot. Our vault system is still firm, our wedges are not squishy, our bale block system are some of the most used mats in our gym. I can't say enough good things. Never order mats from somewhere else, they may cost a little more but it WILL save you in the long run.

We work with a few different equipment manufacturing companies and the customer service we continuously receive from Carolina Gym Supply is always fantastic! Tracy has always been very knowledgeable of any questions I have had about products and any delivery information we have needed for either our customers or ourselves!

Had been a customer for Long time probably in between 5-10 years. As of the past two-three years we have ceased all rentals with them due to the way they have treated us and was even hesitant about using them again this last time but unfortunately it was our last resort. Was billed extra 300 dollar charge for labor of their spring board floor for 2 male workers of theirs for two hours of labor!! Their males pulled boards off and it slid and fell. They said it was our fault not putting boards back right. Then on top of it all they left me for an hour and half in their facility alone to wait and went to lunch having already started helping me, when all it took was 20 extra minutes to take the boards off the truck! They also charged my card without approval of the extra 300 as well! This is the way they have treated us for years! I highly advise you not using them and if their was a zero star rating I would give them that as they have a serious lack of customer service and inconsideration to their customers time and money. Their owner had no problem talking to me about more business helping us build a spring floor and making more money for them but when it came time for customer service he left and so did the other owner. That to me said I don't care about you just give me your money again when all it took was 20 more mins to take off one palet of boards that slid off. Please don't use these people as they are only interested in your money and not in buiness relationships as it was highly evident for us and is the reason we don't use them anymore for anything!!!

Not gonna lie: ordering mats from across the country made me a little nervous but did it turn out good or what!? Three new - custom made - 15ft marshmallow mats for my beam dismount area, and under my UB and HB area. It turned out exactly how we envisioned it, thanks to the professional guidance and advise of Ben Edkins and his crew. My coaches and gymnasts like them a lot!

Tracy and the team at Carolina Gym Supply are amazing! I called on a Monday in a panic because I needed mats for my Acro class that Thursday. Tracy talked me through my options, adjusted my order to a product they had in stock, and had it shipped and delivered to my studio that Thursday in time for class. As a new business owner it was such a blessing to work with a company that made everything so easy! We ended up getting a roll of the flexi carpet bonded foam and it is perfect for our Acro classes! We are so pleased with the quality, and how easy it is to roll up and store away. As our program grows we will definitely be coming back to Carolina Gym Supply for all of our Acro needs!!

We opened a gym in Germany that serves primarily American gymnasts stationed there with their military families. We wanted American-made matting and equipment, and Carolina Gym Supply was amazing to work with! They had fantastic customer service, called to go over our order one piece at a time to ensure we had everything we needed, happily changed our quote as much as we needed, and even arranged the international shipping (which is a nightmare usually, but was seamless with them.) I really appreciated their stress-free process and friendliness, when I had so many other things to research and handle... being able to trust them with my equipment order was a relief. The custom matting they made for us is beautiful, and flawless, and I have worked with these mats previously in several gyms and know that they stand the test of time. I am SO excited about their Flip Smart system, and Bale Blocks... the marshmallow mats are amazing, and of course all of the competition landing mats are exactly as they should be. It's great to know that my gymnasts are safe and comfortable with our mats! I also really appreciated that they were able to order any supplies from other vendors (like Tumble Trak, AAI, etc.) and add them to our container shipment. They were flexible on my spring floor package requirements as well. And my floor carpeting is gorgeous!!! I can't recommend this company enough! Products for gymnasts, by gymnasts... and made in America... Loved my experience with Carolina Gym Supply!!

Fantastic experience being able to order online and great customer service over the phone. They let me know they can handle any shipping need from as small as a regular envelope package to filling up tractor trailers with a whole gym's worth of material. Couple that with the massive experience and know-how of the owner Ben within the gymnastics community it was a no-brainer that they will be the ones to get all my future business for gym equipment.
