The staff are nice however getting any controlled prescriptions, ADHD, sent to a pharmacy is literally like pulling teeth. Every. Single. Month. I have to send multiple requests and make multiple phone calls beginning a week prior to needing a refill. Running out of such medications is not beneficial especially to children. Maybe this review will get some attention. Currently on hold waiting to request for the 3rd time in a week! Do better!

Once rated this place with 5 stars, but would give them zero now, if possible. My diagnosis is Treatment Resistant Major Depressive Disorder with Suicide Ideation. After appx. 2.5 years I was abruptly terminated as a patient by a 1 minute phone call. No continuity of care, nothing. Dr. Barry Weed is a convicted felon and had to surrender his license to practice in the past for lying about his alcoholism. A horrific excuse for a human being and I wouldn't bring a dog to him for treatment. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!

Don't waste your time! Very bad business practices. Very selective! If the don't accept your insurance they won't let you pay out of pocket if you're a new client! You should drop the care from the end of your name. You very clearly don't care about mental health!

DONT LISTEN TO BAD REVIEWS.I came here for the first time when I was 13 or 14, I am 28 now. I dealt with SEVERE mental illness, anger issues etc through the years. They have always been super patient with me even if I wasnt always nice.(that broken door? i did that as a kid) instead of charging me, they calmed me down and helped me. I have had many emergency visits, many walk ins etc. I have never been judged even when i was going through addiction or trauma.The broken door doesnt even scratch the surface on how bad off i was, i had numerous therapists and psychiatrists quit on me at other places. Dr wall and Sierra never gave up on me. I use to do intensive in home and sierra after i graduated from that became an individual therapist and i wanted her.the front desk staff has always been sweet to me and always helped me, my mom couldnt work growing up because of my mental health i was constantly getting suspended and expelled. Dr wall and sierra gave me hope in a time i felt hopeless and gave my mom hope that i could live a normal life. This clinic literally saved my life over and over again and helped protect me from myself. I love this place i truly do, and the bad reviews are bogus.These people here work hard and truly care the upmost for their clients.dr wall and sierra have bent over backwards to help me time and time again. They listen to me and my moms concerns, know me so well. They show interests in my hobbies and things i do. I have never not once felt judged here. I have bpd, adhd, bipolar 1 and panic disorder. I am now clean, free from the psych wards a few years and in a place i never thought i would be mindspace wise.Carolina Behavior Care takes difficult clients and gives them hope for a better future and a way to manage our issues

I would give 0 stars if I could. Do NOT schedule with Timothy Gordon. You will be wasting your time and money. He does not want to help you, acts as if he’s annoyed to even be speaking to you. Will not send out diagnosis’ paperwork as he said he would. Don’t waste your time or money!! Literally go ANYWHERE besides here.

Televisit didn’t work. Called for help and was put on hold! Tried to pay bill on portal and put credit card number. Didn’t ask for expiration date or security code. Then it said: “data incorrect!”

If you’re worried about your mental health, do not go here all they know is drug addiction. Just a bunch of Suboxone dealers. If that’s all you need go. Stay away from Dr. weed&nurse practitioner, Sierra, if you have any other PTSD anxiety or ADHD you’re not gonna get any help I told myself I would never go back there but they told me this doctor was different. doctor weed. You’ve been warned I wouldn’t write this for nothing.

I am so impressed with Carolina Behavioral Care/Hillsborough office. I can always reach somebody on the phone to get a message to my provider, make an appointment, answer a question. My provider, Morrow Dowdle is amazing. She's extremely knowledgeable in her handling of my medications, always has something to add that causes me to reflect on where I am at that moment in my life. She's so very kind as well. I feel extremely fortunate to be working with Morrow D.
