I had a great buying experience at capital ford of Hillsborough! I test drove a 2019 Volkswagen jetta and knew it was the car I wanted. TJ helped make that happen and their excellent finance team found me the cheapest rate as well as a 5 year warranty! They also dropped it off at my house the next day which was great since it was about an hour drive for me to get to them and that would have been quite the uber bill lol. Thanks again, the car is fantastic.

We wish we would have read previous reviews about Tim in Service prior to bringing our Ford in to be looked at. We dropped off our vehicle with Tim last Monday and were told we'd have diagnostic answers by the following day. We have since had to call them ourselves for answers, while mostly playing phone tag with an answering machine. Tim always gave vague answers as to what they've done so far, often saying he'd call back the next day with diagnostic and labor info. He never did, we always had to call him. We understand that other projects are timely and complex, but we were just expecting communication and honest answers. It's now been almost two weeks. When we finally told Tim we've had enough and will come get our vehicle, he did not offer any apology or seem to care. Tim clearly hasn't worked on his customer service skills since his bad review from three years ago. If you need service on your vehicle, don't waste your time at Capital Ford of Hillsborough.

I want to get a new car. Went to look at cars and the ones I was interested in had a "screw you", sorry market adjustment added on to the price. I walked off the lot and will buy a new car somewhere else.

I had some major issues that had to be repaired to my F350. The staff at the dealership were very professional and completed the work in a timely matter. I will definitely be coming back for regular maintenance and any other issues I have with my F350.

Awesome sales team was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. They found me a Ford Maverick truck I love it 40 mi to the gallon. Everyone at the dealership especially John and Eric were awesome. Found the right vehicle gave me a very fair price and made the whole buying experience the best I've had ! I will recommend Capital Ford to all my friends and family thank you !

For sure I’ll never gonna buy another car in here, 2 months ago I bought an used 2019 Ram 3500 limited, I thought it was a great deal but 2 months later I had to stop the truck twice because 3 hidden engine failure, these guys known and they just said you bought it as it’s, THIEF!!!

I recently purchased a Ford Explorer at Capital Ford of Hillsborough due to their reputation and my prior experience with the sales and service departments. The very high degree of professionalism, courtesy, expertise, friendliness, and deep desire to answer any and all of my questions and concerns extends throughout all departments and every person that I interacted with.
Salesman, Chris Hill, literally jumped through hoops to find the right vehicle for me. He ensured I was completely satisfied with my purchase to the point of driving to my house to solve what turned out to be a very minor problem. I have purchased very many cars and trucks in the last 59 years and not all experiences were delightful. Chris and Capital Ford of Hillsborough made me feel 'at-home'. This is the car dealer and service center everyone wishes they could have. The cars and trucks they sell are great, but it is the personal service and commitment after the sale that builds Brand Loyalty.

Payton Horne is the reason we bought our new F-150 from Capital Ford in Hillsborough. From my very first call with the dealership to him helping me set up the Ford app on my phone as I was about to drive off with me new truck well after closing time on a Saturday, he was ‘there’ for us. His knowledge, patience and professionalism was on full display as we peppered him with endless questions regarding differences between 23 and 24 models and trying to sort through the many variables involved with determining towing capacity. The dealership did its part to support him by working with us in price and in the end we drove off with a smile. Thanks Payton!!
