I unfortunately broke down yesterday and was in need of a tow, I called Blalocks and the gentleman said we'll have someone there shortly. Well I no more than hang up and the nicest gentleman showed up named "Jay" we had the greatest conversation about family and life. Now I would never wish car trouble on anyone, but if you do break down, I hope you're fortunate enough to meet my new friend Jay. Blalocks has a customer for life!!!

Traveling from Maryland back to Clemson, SC and stopped for gas. When I came out to finish up it wouldn't start. I called 3 places and no one answered. Then I called Bialocks. They were here in 10 minutes and I was back on the road.

Terrible customer service. I was trying to complete process of releasing my vehicle and the guy hung up in our faces. I don’t know how they even have 4 stars.

Highly recommend. Our son's car broke down on I-85 while we were travelling home to Winston-Salem from the beach. The tow driver (Jay) was on the scene within 15 minutes of our call and was polite, helpful, and highly professional. He took great care of our vehicle while loading and towing to a nearby friend's house. He was kind and courteous while unloading at my friend's house as well. He made us feel at ease on an otherwise very stressful day. Can't thank him enough.

My son locked his keys in his car, and the gentleman from Blalock's was friendly and worked very quickly to get my son back in his car. I would highly recommend.

Don't waste time and call around like I did. These guys had the best price by far with no B.S. hidden fees. Showed up quickly and towed our truck with unmatched professionalism. Wish I could give 10stars.
