I came in with short time prior to closing, Mr. Harley was pleasant, polite, and went above and beyond to help troubleshoot an issue I was having with my phone. With the experience I have had here today, I am likely not only to return, but to recommend this location to friends. The managers of this location clearly place value on who they hire here, and that is visible in the service Mr. Harley provided today.

Fantastic customer service. I think his name was Curtis...he was helpful, knowledgeable and actually pointed out several services they offer, that I was unaware of, but will use in feature.

I came in for a watch battery replacement and the guy helping me not only found the right battery, but showed me how to replace it! Really friendly staff. Highly recommend!

We had a 4 month old auto key fob bought from batteries plus...in just 4 months they battery went south...I left the store....confident they would replace it for free...while I'm outside ..they charge my wife 13$ and change for a new battery.. 1) we expect a new fob with battery to last far longer than 4 months. 2)why did you charge my wife for a new battery....seems a bit odd to me..

Took my iPhone se in for a battery. When I got it back the home button did not work, finger print ID did not work and the screen was detached. They agreed they had damaged the phone said they were sorry and gave me $60.00 to replace my phone.

Fast fix to put me & my key FOB back on the road with new batteries. In, fixed, paid, out the door in less than 10 minutes. I found the price reasonable, I had no clue how to change my battery on the FOB. Will / would do business with again. Friendly & Fast. Five stars!!
