already had 5 stars, but updated 2/21/24. Thought I was being charged twice but come to find out it was just my bank making it appear like that. It corrected itself later on, I just had to be patient. Had the manger reach out to me and was very professional and helpful. Thanks yall

Spent $18 on a touchless wash. Turned out to be a complete waste of money. When I got out to dry the car (air dryer only does one pass btw), noticed the car was still dirty - to the point it changed the color of my towel. Cannot recommend touchless for any reason

It's a car wash. I would give it five stars but sometimes when I go there, the phone brushes don't work which is also the case at some of their other locations. The one in Hillsboro may be the nicest of all their car washes. Whenever I've reported any problems to management, the problems have been taken care of expediently. The on-site staff when present are always super friendly and always seem very busy. There's no standing around with them. They're emptying trash cans and moving from stall to stall making sure the place looks nice.

The pre-soak water stinks.It smells so bad it makes your car stinkIf you are going to used reclaimed water filter it or something.It’s not just a slight smell it’s a distinct odiferous stench.It didn’t used to be that way

The car wash worked really well on the selections I chose: pre-soak, foam brush, and high pressure rinse. They offer a free vacuum when you purchase a car wash which is a great idea. The only thing that didn't work well was the hose was disconnecting from the nozzle on the vacuum. I didn't see any place to make change either, but I wasn't really looking for one. They might have one and I just didn't see it.

What can you say about an auto car wash? They have water, a brush, soap, wax, a dryer, and vacuums. It's exactly what you would expect. I do like that they now take credit cards when you wash your own car instead of using the drive-thru automated wash. I usually spend $14-$16 washing my own car, so it's not a huge savings. However, I don't have to worry about my car getting scratched or damaged in the automated wash.

Ripoff! Washer malfunctioned. They would not run my truck until through with out “proof of purchase “Dose anyone think that you would try and steal a car wash over $16 ?

Driving from the NC mountains, I had a lot of road salt on my car and it badly needed a wash. I was surprised that the auto car wash came with an underwash high pressure spray. Bye bye road salt!

Just used their automatic soft touch wash. Excellent results. Would do it again. Compared to the other services in Durham it is much less expensive and probably 90% of what they do.
