“I'm sorry if this is a little long. I really needed 2 front tires on my car (like really bad). I called Alray and asked if they happen to have 2 used tires that would fit and they said they did. Once I got there they told us that after looking at them (the 2 they had) one was really good and the other wasn't as good as the first one but still way better then what I currently had. They said that if I wanted it they wouldn't charge me for the one that wasn't as good. I was shocked bc they could have put them both on and charged me for both but they were honest and let me decide if I wanted it. Which I did take both. They were busy so it was a little bit of a wait but it was not an overly long wait.
So here's where it gets interesting I get the tires and leave make it to the car wash in drexel and "the good tire" is flat like flat flat. We had to stop and put the spare on flat. I called and told them and they asked if I could make it back and I said yes. One the phone and in person they apologize several times and I told the guy on the phone, it happens and we would come back. Once we got back they were able to replace both tires with some that were even better and did not charge me anymore.
It was hot and at this point I was just tired and wishing that we could just make some Flintstone tires and not have to deal with tire tires anymore.
My point here is I feel like Alray went above and beyond for us to make it right. They could have handled the situation several different ways and charged me more money but they did everything they could to make it right. Again it was not anyone's fault, things happen but I feel so blessed with the way they handled it.
Thank you guys so much for the way y'all handled it and reassured us that everything would be ok.
From now on anyone ask best place to get some tires this is my recommendation.”

“Last Wednesday I was in great need of some new tires. I’d never been to Baker’s Tire before. They had what I needed but they were backed up because of the upcoming holiday and were going to be closed until Monday. I really needed tires but was considering putting it off because my grandpa was on his last few days of life and I really needed to be with him. The man working offered to go pick my car up from my home and bring it back once they had put some new tires on. That was such a blessing, really. I got to go be with my grandpa who eventually passed on Saturday. I told my husband that Baker’s Tire was our new tire place. I am forever grateful for the kindness this business showed me that day. “32' Class C RV motorhome blew a tire on the highway on a Sunday afternoon. They immediately answered the call when so many others wouldn't pick up. Told them our situation and he said his technician was already on his way. Technician was prompt and professional. Showed up on time and got to work right away jacking up our 15,000 pound RV on the shoulder of 70mph traffic in 90 degree July heat. A+ service, would recommend.

“I have been using D&S for my 2007 Honda Civic for 5+ years. Tires, battery and tune up. 6 months ago they replaced the window motor & regulate control on the front passenger window. It failed again two days ago. I made an appointment and the parts were replaced at no charge to me. They told me they would collect parts & labor from the parts seller. They are a family business run by Tanya - she is a very fair & reliable manager. If you are really lucky "Bella" the dog will be present - so I always carry a large Milk Bone dog biscuit.”
