Take care when you purchase small quantities of drywall from here if you are a homeowner and not a contractor. The guys at 84 Lumber sent me here. They said it was the best place to get drywall. Certainly well stocked, and had every form of drywall known to man, and they know it, and will tell you. They just must not be accustomed to retail sales. Didn't feel like they wanted me there for sure.Certainly grateful that they had 5/8 mold resistant sheets, no one else had it in stock for my remodel project. But all four sheets were so forklift damaged - edges broken and ripped - that we had to piece it by cutting the good parts to complete the job. There were busted and pinched edges, tire tracks and foot prints over most of the pieces. Might think these pieces had been laying in the corner for a while.They charged me almost 200% what the stock price was everywhere else. Over $80 for 4 sheets. I didn't mind the premium because otherwise I wouldn't have it, but it's just harder to take considering the condition of what they sold me.Anyways, we were able to work around the issue, but take that into account if you're a DIYer and not getting a whole house worth of drywall at a time delivered on a semi-truck I guess.

Absolutely the rudest front counter person I have ever dealt with. Told me he did not have time to deal with me because I was only needing 26 12 foot sheets of sheetrock. I have already purchased over 60 sheets from them but could not store all on site. I also need to cover 3000 more sq feet but will never buy from them again.
