The store and pharmacy in general are great. The drive is usually fast, friendly and even give give dog treats to our canine companions. With the exception of one snotty Asian woman. She's not friendly at all and apparently hates dogs. We get our medications there and it's nice to see a friendly face. We bring our 4 legged children with us for the same reason and every one of them have come to expect a treat just like we expect to see a smiling face Keep her away from the customers. She does not represent your company very well at all.

I feel like there are better and more choices at Walgreens I thought I also had some cash rewards that were not applied to my purchases. I will rarely stop at CVS from now on . Only if I'm not closer to anther pharmacy.

I came to pickup a prescription that I regularly pickup. The pharmacist told me that I had not had a refill on that medication at that location in over 7 months. I told the pharmacist thats not true because I routinely pick it up there every month to three months. The pharmacist told me that I had not been getting it refilled there as though I was either stupid or lying. Not that there could be a mistake on their end. Just that I am lying or stupid. I ended up having to leave without my necessary medication. The unprofessional pharmacist and some type of mistake in the CVS system forcing me to leave without a vital medication that I would not be able to get corrected for days because it was a holiday weekend were both completely unacceptable.

Tara, The Store Mgr, is absolutely awesome! I was feeling bad when picking up some medication, etc., and actually left my purse in a buggy at the front door of the store! I felt so bad, I didn't miss it, until Tara called me at home and informed me that it was found and in her office, ALL INTACT! I would have given Tara a "10*" if I could, because TARA ROCKS! I've been a customer of CVS in Hildebrand since they opened!

I've never encountered such a rude pharmacy staff in My life. Especially the man. My lord all I did was ask about a vitamin and he practically shouted me out of the store. He needs to find a new occupation

I decided to go inside since cars were 10 deep in the drive through. Well low and behold when I went inside the middle aged lady with glass and short white hair was extremely rude to me. She has been rude to me more than once. And the big guy with the beard and tattoos is just as rude as she is. I don't know why they continue to have these rude folks working there.
The only nice person that works there is the Asian guy with the funky hair he is very very nice. Bless his heart that he has to deal with rude coworkers.

My 88 year old mother went for a flu shot. Stood there listening to guy behind counter complaining about another customer. Then was told she couldn't get her shot because they were closing for lunch in 12 minutes. Which he made a point to tell her several times. It's true I don't know how long it takes to give a flu shot, but he could have explained that rather than just continuing to tell us he was going to lunch in 12 minutes. An then when I said we would go to Walmart told us they were closing for lunch to. ? what a a--
