“For the past four years, ever since relocating to Granite, my visits to this particular branch had been nothing short of dreadful. Each trip was marred by inefficiency, lackluster service, and an overall feeling of dissatisfaction. However, in a turn of events over the last month or so, my experiences have undergone a complete transformation!
Under the new management, the branch has become an absolute pleasure to visit. From the moment I step through the doors, I'm greeted with a sense of warmth and efficiency that was sorely lacking before.
One of the most noticeable improvements has been in the level of service provided. The staff, once seemingly disinterested and unmotivated, now exude a genuine enthusiasm for their work. They are attentive, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my needs are met. Whether it's providing assistance with transactions or offering helpful advice, their professionalism and dedication is truly commendable.
Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the branch has undergone a shift. What was once a dull and uninspiring environment now buzzes with energy and positivity. It's clear that the new management has implemented change's. The result is a welcoming and inviting atmosphere that encourages customers to linger rather than rush through their transactions.
In addition to the improvements in service and atmosphere, there have also been noticeable changes in the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Transactions that once seemed to drag on endlessly are now processed swiftly and smoothly, thanks to the streamlined procedures put in place. This newfound efficiency has not only saved me time but has also alleviated much of the frustration that was previously associated with visiting the branch.
Overall, I can't praise the new management and their team enough for the remarkable transformation they have brought about. I have no complaints whatsoever and look forward to many more years of pleasant experiences at this branch. Bravo to all involved for turning things around so spectacularly!”

“The tellers in Lenoir are different every time I go there. They are all so slow and except for the drive in teller they are so impersonal. I used to enjoy going there but now it is a hassle and takes way to long.”

“I am sorry to see so many poor reviews. I know that many banks, as well as everything else in the world is going digital, and I did make an appointment online using the Wells Fargo app. My banker, Bill had time for me to open a new account without difficulty and was friendly. I was waiting for the upcharge or add ons, which as a salesperson myself I would have understood, but they didn't come.The branch manager introduced herself and the meeting was efficient. I want to encourage the tellers and bankers to continue to work to the best of their abilities, and I hope wf provides you with a good work environment. Metrics have their place certainly but honesty, efficiency and friendliness are good attributes too.”

Ever since my wife left teaching at a Christian School and began teaching for the State of NC, we naturally joined the SECU in Mt. View. We cannot speak highly enough of Jared Ramsey and the staff at this Branch. Have all of our dealings with them gone smoothly?
