“I received a low coolant message on my MB SUV yesterday. I took the car in and arrived right before they opened at 8 am. The staff person said they can top off any needed coolant but would need an appointment for pressurization testing. Guy opened the front hood and immediately noticed some spraying of the coolant above the cap. He topped off the coolant and then noticed the cap and some damage to the threads, which he showed me. I asked him if they could order a replacement and he said they could. I pulled the car up to go inside and give them the car information and as luck would have it, they had the matching cap. Great service!”
