One star was barely enough. The car went through the wash, never fully dried, and was still full of wax on the windows. Don't waste your money.

Went by today to clean my car and it left blue streaks all over my car. DO NOT GO!!! Now I have a white car all stained. Tried getting it cleaned at another car wash in Franklin and they will not come off. Tried washing it myself at home again and they will not come off!

The car wash wasn't working properly so I called the number and actually talked to someone who gave me a code and was able to wash my car at that moment. The carpet cleaner in the vacuum ran out of soap.

Went to the one on the left and paid $15. This didn’t have soap or high pressure. Went through on the other side and it was the opposite. I’m assuming the soap is out and there’s an issue

This car wash does a great job! I accidentally got charged twice so, I called the number listed on the kiosk and the company compensated me immediately. Professional and courteous.

They could make sure that the left-hand bay doesn't leave your vehicle covered with bright blue fluid (doesn't happen with the right-hand bay) and they could respond when a customer calls with concerns.

Took my money for a premium wash, gave me a basic wash. Left residue all over the car did not rinse well and when I called about the money it took from me... no one bothered to call back. Drive off the mountain worth it.
