I am writing this on behalf of my wife who is tall and lanky. She happy to find a store that carries stylish wash & wear slender leg slacks that are long enough for her. She also likes their dressier tops and jackets. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. Prices are reasonable for Highlands. Meanwhile, guys can shop nearby at TJ Baileys men store or head to Kilwin's Ice Cream shop.

Spoiled Rotten has a wide array of clothing and they have some of the best sales! I love shopping on their 75% off rack! They have a great mix of dressy, casual, professional, and so many other types of clothing, as well as a lot of cute accessories.

Staff was superb and so very nice, they have some great finds for us ladies...clothing, coats, stylish mask, one of a kind jewelry & reading glasses , purses, crazy pants, jeans and much more...I will be back as the prices were decent and some pricey, but as my daddy always said, you get what you pay for...May you get spoiled ROTTEN as you shop here...The SmithClan

With everything closed. I saw this gorgeous blouse online and called to order it. I usually get a size 10-12, but the girl I spoke with was very kind and knowledgeable. She talked me into a small because she said this brand ran very large. I finally acquiesced and had her send me a small - But told her I probably would be returning it. She said no problem —well she was spot on —the blouse fits me perfectly and I am thrilled= I cannot wait for this coronavirus to go away and for me to go to North Carolina and go into Spoiled Rotten. I actually met the owner, Jonna McDowell. No wonder the shop is so successful and in clothes are so beautiful. Jonna is gorgeous and dresses beautifully. She has unbelievable style and taste. A very elegant lady.

I was visiting with my friend. I am 30 years old and we walked in with tons of bags as we just splurged at Annawear etc. We had cups of water with lids and the worker was incredibly rude about it. She kept on and on and talked down to us like misbehaving teens. What she didn't know is my friend knows everyone in that town and so does her family. They all were born and raised in Highlands and streets are named after her family. The worker referred us to another shop and said that would be better suited. My question is how does this worker know if we were shopping for our mothers or grandmothers? She doesn't. If you are going to open a boutique in Highlands learn what southern hospitality and customer service means. Take some coursescon it. I sure hope another customer isn't treated the way we were. If this is the norm for this shop, they won't last. Don't shop here.
