I’ve been coming here a long time. And I can’t thank Sherry (the owner) and Skip (our pharmacist) for all the help and kindness over so many years. I’ve avoided the occasional trip to the emergency room because of their good advice. While the pharmacy is small, it’s also very well stocked and I’ve never had to wait more than a couple of days for something special. So, thank you Sherry and your great staff.

When I moved here, I was asked to fill out a form (what?) and the woman saw I was from Florida, she literally signed and didn't say a word. Then, when I went to go pick up my RX another woman said it wasn't in very rudely like I was interrupting her. I asked when she would have it and she said "I dont know" and walked away. Asking again, she said "maybe 1-2 weeks we need to get a full order in". Ok. I waited. I went in (no phone call) and the price was about 4x higher than in South Florida!
Two stars because this was an issue with customer service and a strange form. The building, I later ended up renting a few stores dow, has black mold in every wall. The place needs to be torn down.
The rest of the store looked fine. Nothing great, but it's a pharmacy. Few things to look at and thats it.
I also had to wait in long lines each time I went and never got a "sorry about the wait". I was told to "move away" though by another employee. No please. No pardon me. No Let me squeeze by.
The locals hate Floridians and anyone who is not a local. If you're not related to them then forget about it. Get the H out of here is the mentality of this pharmacy and the entire town.

This is the worst pharmacy in the world. I think the female pharmacist doesn't like people. She is the worst human I have ever come across.

Came up to Highlands for spring break and our daughter was up all night coughing. We left the nebulizer at home but had the prescription. Called all over to cashiers to Franklin and couldn’t find one. Called Highlands Pharmacy thinking there would be no way they would have one. Not only did they have one, but they had all the kids medicine brands you could ever want. Ladies there were so nice! They will be our go to every time we are here. Fantastic!

We love this small town local pharmacy. The owner and staff are very helpful and kind. They have just about everything we ever needed, and if they don't have it in stock they are willing to order it for the next day! I highly recommend Highlands Pharmacy
