Love most everything about this store, selection, quality, pricing! Only issue is the lady there on Sundays has a small VERY Barky dog, which makes it hard to take my dog in there. It really needs to be in a crate instead of chasing customers away.

Great shop for your pet! The owner gave some free treats to our dogs and was very friendly. Our dogs LOVE the homemade treats. Highly recommend!

I returned to this store again this season. Still wonderful. In reading the other reviews I can only say the crabby old lady is a part time employee and not the owner Mia. I know it's nearly impossible to hire good people in seasonal towns. They should get rid of her even if they have to close some days.

Said our dog had negative vibrations? She continued to say he looked liked he would get angry at her. He was nothing but sweet and nice to her. Would never go back, nor would we recommend this place to anyone. We went back and left the bag of items we purchased on the counter, not even worth getting our money back.

I'm not sure what the first reviewer experienced, but we had phenomenal customer service when we visited this shop. The store owner was lovely to chat with and incredibly friendly. We stayed extra time just to chat with her. The weigh and pay, made from scratch weekly, dog biscuits were great. We bought a half pound to bring home to our pooch, since he couldn't join us on this particular trip. And, no surprise, he loves them. We'll definitely be making this place a must-see any time we come to Highlands in the future.
