TONS of gear to choose from. Great selections. Employees were wonderful. I wish I caught the name of the lady helping us. She helped us with kids chacos last week that were on sale and was absolutely too notch!

A lot of nice clothing and accessories for outdoors. Also plenty of people working to help you out with items. Nice, friendly people. However, no public restroom which seemed a little odd. Hard to concentrate on shopping when you need to go! They tell everybody you have to go down and across the street.

Awesome store, huge quality inventory, exceptional customer service! Staff was wonderful (esp Yvonne!) and so helpful. Definitely recommend for all outdoor accessory needs.

I was a former employee there, and the owner is a complete douchebag Sean.I was constantly getting pulled into his office for the stupidest things.. For example my graphic tees but yet it was ok for another employee to wear a hat that had nothing to do with the store, my phone which was on the back shelf one day and he got mad because it went off and i was told to put it downstairs but yet most employees had their phones on them at all times. He would cater to the girls he liked the most.. he stays in his office and only comes out every now and then to help when it's busy and the rest of the time he was too focused on what I was doing. until he fired me because he heard i was saying bad things about him lol which i had had enough of the constant picking anyways it was the most miserable job i've ever had .. his turn over rate is extremely high and now I know why.. He was completely obsessed. Do not work for this p**** in Highlands NC!!!

Great outfitting store. Very friendly people. I purchased a piece of clothing there. And realized it was the wrong size went back a couple of days later. I had forgotten my receipt and their policy is that you need a receipt for exchanges or returns. But they accommodated me no questions asked.

I just love this place. The staff is very helpful and friendly and that goes a long way with me! I purchased some ice and snow tracking aids for my shoes for the weekend storm approaching!
