Visited to see bout joining under Medicare. The facility looked nothing like I recall. Evidently they are doing a remodel. 86° pool is looking good. I hope Peerfit gets signed on soon.

They have some interesting art and cooking classes. The pool is large and heated. The workout area is rather small compared to most Ys hence the 4 stars.

The facility has many different activities and programs for children and Adults . I registered my child for parent / swim lesson . Due to a medical emergency we were unable to attend the lesson. I even provided documentation for proof and was told we could sign up for a future lesson.I was under the impression we would have a credit on our account. I called to reschedule my child lesson and was told I was unable to do so due to their budget and timing .I was also informed that i could not get a refund !!. I do not recommend you wasting your money on swim lessons in an event you or your child have an emergency . The customer service was very poor , I was not given any other options ! Nor told their was a time frame on rescheduling a lesson. Only option i was given was to pay again for lessons and a new membership. I highly recommend going some where else with realistic life expectations just in case an EMERGENCY Arises

Visited for the International Women's Day event. Great facility but not a lot of parking we had to park across the street in a separate parking lot which wasn't well lit.

I take my best buddy (my grand son) there every day after pre k the staff is excellent
