The initials on the bottom of chairs JRG & DWK, gave us fits trying to locate the holes to screw on the legs, they even stapled the upholstery over the holes and the black covering over that yet! ?

I had a living room suite that i wanted reupholstered, It held great sentimental value. I was given a referral to Steve Shumate, owner of Willow Creek furniture. We met and i was shown a wide array of fabric. We discussed quality of fabrics and how long each would last, we discussed his upholsterers, sewers, even how the frame will be stabilized. I learned quite a bit. He was honest in the fact that he told me unless it held sentimental value that it would be best to replace the suite. He even asked how long did i expect it to last so as to price and build accordingly. I told him i wanted his best. I was not disappointed. I could not be more satisfied

Best furniture around. I've found a recliner there and looking forward to putting it in my living room. Professionally made and we'll built. Good honest manufacturing with very professional upholsterers. There furniture is in high demand.

Positive experience from the moment we entered Willow Creek Furniture The shop assistant could not have been anymore friendly and did not try to hound us like we tend to find in most big furniture stores. We had a chat and told him the kind of thing we were looking for and he gave us a fantastic deal on a sofa we just loved. He was extremely helpful and informative and explained everything clearly- terms conditions etc. We couldn't believe it and were over the moon with such a positive experience and prices. We have already told our family and friends about how fantastic the whole thing has been - Amazing, stress free, positive experience. We will definitely be back at Willows Creek FUrniture for ANY/ALL future purchases.

Unbelievably bad workmanship. They covered to loveseats for me. When they tried to fix their horrible work it is worse than ever!! Sick but stuck with two loveseats.
