If I could have rated this store with a zero, I would have. I was a sales associate for over 30 years and I NEVER treated anyone as the owner of that store treated me. Rude is not the word! She is definitely the devils daughter, a fat and nasty with attitude racist. She told me, that it was her store and she could close it when she wanted. I then asked her had she seen the reviews about her store, she said " no" I told her she may want to look at them. Now I understand whythey are like they are. Buyers BEWARE, don't shop there!

Extremely poor customer service. Extremely rude was on the phone talking and got upset we were there. The person kicked us out saying they were closed. The sign on door was open and the schedule said open till 4 pm on saturday and we were there at 230pm. Very sad to be at a place like that highly recommend not going.

Today, I went into the Wigs Etc Hair to Go store. The clerk rudely said" the sign on the door says appointment only, do you have an appointment?" It was written on a piece of notebook paper. Please! She was so rude and asked 3 times if we had an appointment. I had my name tag from work on - she continued to say that the cancer center had blackballed her store. Well madam! You have blackballed yourself with your horrible treatment of customers. I'm glad you can keep the doors open because no one wants to buy anything from your grumpy self.

Was in High Point N. C today and went in Wigs to go, we walked in with no problem and the man locked us in, followed us around watching until I said let's go were are being followed as if we are stealing. We asked did you lock us in? He said no I was just trying to, and never finished his LIE!!! Had to unlock the door in front of us in order to let us out. Ignorance and prejudice still exist, and I thank God I am a Proud, Black, secure American.

I’ve always wanted to go to this place, it seemed entreating. I don’t have any type of problem with my hair except it being thin. I finally visit the wing store and it seemed pleasant. All I wanted to do was look around. The women at the front desk said “can I help you? In a rude way! Their were no signs stating that it was appointments only. My boyfriend was with me and he thought it was very rude as well. She didn’t approach me until a few min after. She said “we only take appointments...so I left!I’ve been reading others comments and she seems rude to others with severe problems such as cancer or Hair loss from other things. All I wanted to do was look around for a decent wig. I will never go back and I do not recommend!!!
