Apparently there is a reason why I've avoided Wells Fargo in the past, and definitely in the future. When a teller looks confused, use a different one.I was sent to this branch to clear up a phone number issue while attempting to create an online account to manage a recent auto loan. After returning from the branch, the online portal denied creation—when speaking to a third online account tech, they informed me THE BRANCH SHOULD HAVE OFFERED TO CREATE THE ONLINE ACCOUNT WHILE PRESENT; it would have cleared up everything in one simple step. Unfortunately, there will be a 3-day wait that should have been avoidable.Oh well, I'll stay clear; perhaps you should, also.

I recently come into this branch for some personal business and during my interaction with the teller (who wasn't very friendly and questioned me regarding my transaction), another Bank Representative named LaTasha came over greeted me with great serve and compelled me to feel like I was a valued customer. In a time where race continues to be an issue, it is important to make sure that all of your customers are treated with the same serve. I am only give a 4 star because of the serve that was received by LaTasha. I was raised on 1st impressions are lasting impressions .

I went to this branch because I had chase and it's too far away. Marquis Reed is an amazing banker and he makes my family feel at home. The branch manager she's so Friendly and supportive and provide great options for us to work with. Love coming to this branch.

I'm beginning to regret opening up the account I have with this bank. My first experience at this bank i was racially discriminated against by the white tellers. Upon my second attempt to make a payment here, I was treated by one of the tellers named Marie. Need to find a why to make my payments on line to avoid any further problems until I close this account.

I used to think Wells Fargo was a terrible bank, but after the helpful assistance I received from the banker I spoke to and how helpful he was (he was also very cool, friendly). He helped me set everything up and the branch manager was very helpful as well.I left from Wells Fargo with my wallet fixed and my life better. I enjoy banking with this bank. Thank you Wells Fargo.

This location doesn't answer the phone. Not a new problem. If they do pick up they immediately hang, up or transfer the call to the 800 number or leave it on, hold indefinitely.

Very disappointed in my most recent visit. Every other branch I visit they are very helpful. Will not go back here again.

Slowest bank I've ever been to. Hire more tellers. After standing in line for 20 minutes, I walked out. Absolutely pathetic.

Does anyone have any idea if Wells Fargo is going to repair their drive-thru ATM machine any time soon? It's always GREAT to see a business step up to the plate and lose customers because of amazing laziness and ineptitude. After all--IT'S A BANK.

I made an appointment for my mom because she wanted to open an account with Wells Fargo, and gave them the option that someone who speak Spanish talk to her. A lady call her from this location and my mom asked for someone who speak Spanish just to understand 100% fully what she was going to do her money not the lady money my mom’s money, the money she makes working hard. The lady told her she would tell someone to call her in Spanish. Hours later my mom called just to know what happen, this lady had the AUDACITY to cancel the appointment and gave it to someone else. She don’t even told her at least “sorry we don’t have people who speak Spanish here if you have someone who can translate for you just come,” or “sorry I had to cancel the appointment, and try somewhere else,” or at least be honest “sorry we don’t work with Hispanic people here”. If you can’t work in a public building where you are going to be working, interacting and sharing space with people from different cultures, just stay home or find a job where you can be by yourself, just you.
