It's Walmart. Does there need to be a big review? Huge selection at good to decent prices considering modern inflation. You are forced to use self checkout, then looked over like you are trying to steal from them. Hey, here's the solution, pay cashiers.

Drove all the way up to Walmart at 9: 00 p.m. at night to do a return only to find out everyone left at 8:00 p.m.
The Walmart website says you can make returns up to 11:00 p.m.
It's very rare that I make a return but this is really frustrating when website says one thing and there's nobody there when you arrive.
I'm finding since COVID pandemic customer service pretty much sucks everywhere these days

THEY HAVE SCAM REPACKAGED ITEMS
There are multiple products throughout the store that are taken out of their original packaging and put into the packaging of a more expensive item, particularly in the electronics section. For example, I went to buy a Nintendo 512gb SD card, only to find that when I returned home and plugged it in, it was actually a 128gb card (around a $40 price difference). Customer Service refused to help or replace it, and when I went to search to just buy an actual one, I noticed multiple different items that were sloppily repackaged. They also didn't have any real 512gb cards in stock anyway, so just do what I had to do and go to a different Wal-Mart.

They had everything I went in there to get (plus some things I didnt plan on getting lol) they had some good looking clothes out for the whole family (even though I didn't have time to look at all that stuff!!!

Never any real cashiers! The staffs not helpful if you approach they act deaf blind and incompetent. A manager is NEVER available! It’s a poor way to run a store. Walmart has zero quality HR controls!
