I was walmart looking to buy prepaid phone with in $30 plan. I told salesman make sure no contract lower plan . But salesman sell me to me 2 years contract $49.99 per month plan. After one month when i recharge phone , find out 2 years under contract. I went to walmart ask salesman , she said i dont know you can call Tmobile. Then i called walmart800 they said go to walmart if they can help you . I came to walmart they refused to returned my phone. Then i called back to walmart800 same answer can,t return. Then i trying to call store manager continue 2 days no one pickup phone.

Hard to find any help with what you need. They have self checkout and four people watching them along with all there cameras but yet the have an old woman at the door checking your receipts. God forbid she has to check ever item. Think it's time we start asking for a manager at the damn door and getting a full refund ! See how they would like that or better yet just boycott the store completely!!! Remember Walmart was the only store who could stay open during the pandemic causing all the little businesses to go out !!!!

Arrived at 6:20pm this evening (Saturday August 5th) to return a frame only to be told there was no customer service the rest of the night. Numerous employees were around and many at registers without customers. Will order my things from amazon when possible moving forward. My time is valuable and this was a complete waste

I can understand why people get aggravated shopping here You get up to pay no cashier's only self checkout for disabled people that's not right at least have a few cashier's for people who need a little bit of help .It's not as stocked like it used to be the prices really went up This is probably why I don't shop here much Food lion is a much better place to shop plenty of cashier's and people willing to help if you need it to take to your car From an un happy customer

I ordered online pick up not because I love Walmart so much that I have the whole app installed but because it's easy recieved an email that it was ready went and parked in pick up space 10, dialed the pick up number, and heard the vm 4 times. One of the associates looked out the door but no one said anything to me at all or answered the phone. I pull up to the door and see multiple employees sitting on product, phones out, talking amongst themselves. Knocked on the door and she jumps down off the water and walks to the door. I say, "Can I pick up my stuff, please" she says I don't see an order, name? My truck is clearly parked behind me and not in a space. She says what space are you in? I say 10 I guess with a confused look. Then she let's go of the door and as its closing says everyone else checks in on the app. I pull back just to verify that there is no indication on the Walmart signage in their pick up area that states the preferred method of checking in is thru their app. And there is not. The vm does not state that there is an issue with there phone just that they are busy and leave a message. They have no clue what customer service is in this store. Unless you use tape to cover the pick up number or change the vm. How is a customer suppose to know you at Walmart are having issues with your phone? I dont want the app on my phone it reminds of poor service everytime I look at that W. What Walmart used to be and what it is now, might as well be a different store. Not just this one all of them are the reason why ppl prefer Amazon, walmart stores are closing, and AI is entering stores. Employees fail to realize, you only have a job because of ppl like me aka the customer. If you lose customers Walmart wont need you for long. It doesn't matter whether we are right or wrong we are the reason for you to be employed. What is obvious shouldn't have to be explained

I came here around 2:45 on a Saturday afternoon for the primary purpose(s) of getting a booster seat for a kid I'm watching for the weekend and some ingredients to make a spinach dip for a party I'm going to. I had a 6 y/o with me who had to use the restroom as soon as we arrived. I liked how they have a small sink for the kids to reach. I had difficulty looking for the booster seat. They were hidden, almost like. The same for spinach. But, I found them both along with a couple other items I needed. It was pretty busy in the store. There was a small wait for self checkout. The process was smooth and quick though. I like to use Walmart Pay via Walmart app as it gives and saves an electronic receipt!

Do not shop at Walmart N Main. The pickup staff are horrible and will make you wait for 30 mins to an hour to pick up your items. Stop hiring people that don't want to work.

Clean, good parking and really kind staff. Walmart in High Point is a bit out of the way for me but I much prefer this one to the one on Wendover. I usually come here for home goods and storage containers for my reselling business and this Walmart is always fully stocked! While they are short staffed so lines may get long, everyone is kind and moving as quickly as they can. Pro tip, use the self scanning lanes for a faster service.

Customer service is horrible! We needed to purchase Razor blades that were locked up. Pharmacy associate refused to call someone to help us! Pharmacy was not busy. She told us that we would have to walk all the way to the front to get help all because she refused to pick up a phone!

If you can avoid the Walmart i would at all cost!!!! The customer service is crap the employees steal both in the store and Walmart delivery! How was this acceptable then when trying to get a refund on the stolen property after paying over 40.00 I was told they can give me a promo code but can't refund the full amount then when asking to speak to a supervisor they say you can't speak with a supervisor which is total crap and I have been dealing with this since 1135am and currently still dealing with this issue at 238pm with no resolve in place dewana needs to lose her job ASAP and i won't stop until she does

Worst Walmart I've ever shopped at. pick up is a joke ,customer service is non-existent, none of the six employees knew anything about store, customer service, or curb side pickup! Very rude, lazy people and they did not care that we are elderly and sat in parking lot over 20 min. Husband finally went inside store and found product missing in plain view in bird seed in wild bird seed section got it and we left. I called to speak to store manager,I was told she not there, I asked for another store manager, she put me on hold and no one came to phone...they hung up on me! I WILL NEVER SHOP HIGH POINT WALMART AGAIN. i got the email that all products were available and to come pick them up.Was charged for all products and the thistle seed was not in the bag. they tried to tell me it was substituted, but not even the substitution was in the bag! Too lazy to reach for thistle seed that was plainly seen and a ladder with wheels was right beside the seed.WOW

Wow, wow, wow! I decided to do my online shopping through Walmart.com since they do not charge a service fee like Harris Teeter. I will keep paying the five dollar fee at Harris Teeter before I ever attempt to do another online order with this Walmart. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Both from the store and from the online customer service representative. Absolutely atrocious the way I was treated.
