Use anywhere else. Will directly lie to your face about 'insurance' problems when they lose your prescription and have to put it in on the spot after you've been in the drive thru for half an hour.
Unfortunately for them I followed up with BCBS directly after pulling away and it had been submitted while I was at the window. Because timestamps exist for things like that.

If I could give this pharmacy a negative star I would. If you are able to go anywhere else, please do. They are very inefficient! Don’t bother to call them, you will be on hold forever! I was placed on hold over 20 times in one call. They need to realize patients on the phone need to be addressed as well as those present in the pharmacy!

pharmacy is a joke. hope you got multiple trips and at least an hour on your hands. unprofessional and slow. Refused to take discount card at drive thru.

Awful pharmacy. Can’t get anyone to answer the phones left on hold for over 45 minutes and then the machine hangs up on you. It’s 2024 can you not invest in a call back system or better customer service. I have over 2k a month in prescriptions I am looking to now move them else where

Worse pharmacy ever. Can’t get your medications on time and when you try calling them they don’t answer or hang up on you. Ridiculous

I see why the reviews are the way they are. Telling me if I step outside to wait for my prescription the wait time changes from 30 mins to an hour & they have cameras so they will know if I step out the store ? okay. Make it make sense.

Absolutely NOT. My husband called this pharmacy to check on my son’s medicine as I sat in the back incase I needed to help him with any questions. We did not choose this pharmacy, this is just the pharmacy that his doc said she called and they had the medicine available while our regular pharmacy did not. The first lady he spoke to seemed very respectful there was just some confusion on his insurance not popping up in the system. She put some other lady on the phone and she was immediately RUDE. She started off repeating how there was nothing they could do and they needed his insurance. My husband kindly explained that yes he knew and could give her the card number. I guess when he did she could find the insurance. Her response : “Well we’re out of stock anyways so you’ll have to go somewhere else.” Walgreens please train your staff on customer service!!!!

I would give this place 0 if I could. Poor attitude and very rude. They ran out prescription for my son and I was told and I quote "We don't got it, you'll have to get it from somewhere else." Who talks like that in a professional environment.

The pharmacy is,horrible. They have made several really dangerous medication errors.

Absolutely trash with poor attitudes and abysmal service from the pharmacy.
And for the "pharmacists" I've got a question for you clowns... If you hate talking to people that much and can't be decent human beings, why stay in healthcare? Because we sure don't need people in this who act like you do.

This Walgreens pharmacy is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever seen. I don’t recommend this location at all the customer service was horrible.

ITs a shame the the WALGREEN on North Main and Eastchester in High Point NC. Has the most disrespectful people in the pharmacy. Had so many issues called the Coporate office and they just as bad. Take your informarion down and never call tp follow up. O it gets better I called back to check on compliant and all they say is it's will be escalated. They don't want to dow their job BUT they want to be paid. It's sad that I have seen so many folks who come pick up meds and it be the next day or later and it don't be ready. Not to mention the mix ups with insurance. Walgreen needs to be out of Business. Thank Goodness CVS jumped in and on the same day got it not only switched over but filled and insurance squared away. Over 7 years of battles with them finally over.

The store is always nice and well kept, and employees are always hard at work it appears. The pharmacy, well that's another story. I understand they are a busy pharmacy, and a symptom of being human if to get tired when your work hard. But, the way I was treated with they were but even busy was by far the worst I've ever been treated or felt like I was being judged by someone who happens to be a person too. Out of courtesy I will not name you, because the truth will find you out. You can't hide who you are, and eventually everyone will see you for who you are if they have not already. I hope the Pharmacy will choose wiser on the future who works there next or they're still not be many customers left. The customers are everything without them you can't make a working check. I always held Walgreens higher then that other W place, but ...
