The manager Elwood, is the epitome of where dedication meets great customer service!!
I was on the verge of going back to AT&T because of previous bad experiences with customer care on the phone, but when I walked in and met with Elwood, he sat me down, explained things to me and on top of that, I walked away with a new phone and watch (after promos for being loyal customer for almost 7 yrs).
Not to mention the cost of my plan is even lower because of the new set of plans that are currently out now.
Do yourself a favor and make a appointment to see him specifically ?!

Our experience with Elwood Key was awesome. We were running into obstacles from Verizon with getting our 3 new phones, delay after delay and contradicting status messages and I had been without a phone for days. It took Mr Elwoods intervention to help us and I don't know what we would have done without his help in making sense of a very frustrating situation. We went into the store not being one of his customers, but from now on Elwood will be our go to guy in the future. Thank you so very much.

Chris Mitchell was so amazing. Literally stayed 3 hours after his scheduled time off to help with a line transfer and upgrade. 4 hours total in Verizon to figure everything out (fault on the system) he stayed and made sure we wouldn’t have to come back or stress.

Mr Key was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me pick out a new phone with my price point in mind and my needs. Took the time to transfer all my information and made sure it was all there before we left. Would recommend to anyone who wants to upgrade a current phone, replace, or add another line.

Traded in old iPhone for new iPhone 14 in September of 22. This store manager(Elwood Key) who talked me into buying the 14 failed to complete his job and almost cost me $700( trade in value). After trying to get on the phone with him 7+ times and him not calling me back I went to another store and they luckily got my billing issue resolved, that should not have been an issue in the first place. Will not be returning to this store. I wouldn’t of been upset if he would have just returned my phone calls and helped me fix the issue he made in the first place. Now 2 weeks later I get a bill saying I owe $260 more after I got my bill straighten out. I was told “it wasn’t my money to begin with”I would never suggest dealing with this store and especially not Elwood, he took advantage of me being a young female. One star is too much for the both of them.
