Dylan Bradford sold me my new Hyundai Sonata and I couldn’t be happier. It has everything I was looking for and then some and was for the right price too! He was amazing and was really attentive to all our needs even after we drove off the lot. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful, 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve had several bad experiences with the Vann York dealerships. The used car sells department will knowingly sell you a car that needs major repairs and try to push “warranty coverage” that isn’t actually going to cover anything that the car actually needs. The new car sells department will adjust the finance numbers to appear as if it’s interest which is inflating your monthly payments but really it’s just them tacking on several thousand dollars to profit. Everyone knows that selling cars is a corrupt business but Vann york takes this to another level. I would post this at each location but my more recent experience has been with Vann York Nissan. I’m hoping as many people as possible read this review and take my word from a real customer who had several real experiences with this brand and spend their money elsewhere

These guys are absolutely the best. Vinny is a great guy and salesperson, and the manager over new car sales is a great guy as well. Even if you are out of state like I am these guys go the distance to make everything go right and if something isn’t right with anything, even after the paperwork is signed and vehicle is delivered, if you call them they do the right thing and make it right!!! Awesome guys

So I will be posting screenshots, I went here a couple weeks ago to try to buy a car (mind you I didn’t get one from here and got one elsewhere) but as of July 31st around 11pm a salesmen here by the name of Derek, he’s a white male and married with a new born and has sent me a message calling me cute. I would love for this to reach his wife so here is our messages and with him telling me i’m clearly in the wrong for over reacting.

Vinny, Derek, and Chris, All three gentlemen were very responsible, respectful, and fought hard to get me in the vehicle that I wanted to have in my drive way and to make my deal as smooth as possible. Highly recommend all three of those gentlemen and Van York Nissan in High Point NC.

We purchased a used certified Armada in March 2024 and took it in for a oil change today and to find out why it was pulling to the left. We were told that is was caused by an issue with the left tire that is worn down to a tread of three and the other three tires are at a tread of 5. Mind you we have only had the vehicle for four(4) months. To our dismay we found out that even though it was documented on the carfax that the tires had been replaced when the vehicle was inspected and certified there, that they had actually not been. Instead of the service manager and the used sales manager making it right by replacing all of the tires as documented they only offered to replace the one left tire. So what happens when another issue presents on the other three used tires? Are we going to have to fight this battle again? We were left feeling like we had been "hood-winked". We were asked, "How do you know that they weren't replaced with used tires?" Then when I asked were they? He said, "At Nissan we don't replace with used tires"......wtw!? No documentation at all in service department that the replacement happened....wouldn't that be considered falsification of documents? I thought I could trust the Nissan dealership! That is why we always purchase under the Nissan or known brand and not from side small owned lots. We are definitely at a lose. Verify, Verify, Verify and watch out for the used sales manager Scott.....no negotiations skills at all. Took no ownership nor responsibility for his service departments error because the service manager that made this mistake is no longer there....smh We were told that since we were not "listening to reason" and not accepting the offer to replace the left tire that we would have to call the general manager tomorrow. Let's see what Tom foolery happens then!

I had a very good experience with Darrell and Cameron from beginning to end. I had to come back for them to work on something on my windshield they are working on it to get this issue resolved so I am happy that hopefully soon it will be taken care of. Thanks again Darrell, Cameron and Mr. Scott.

If I could give a negative star I would. I had been in contact with one of their salespeople for a few days before I decided to go out there. It was a 3-hour drive one way so wanted to make sure it had everything on it that I wanted. I asked point blank if it had the 360 camera and parking assist that was stated on the website and they said yes. I put $500 down to hold the van because I had been burnt before by the bait-and-switch game dealers love to play.
So, my boyfriend and I went up there-again-a 3-hour drive - of course it did not have those features and they played it off like they did not know. I was upset to the point of tears. They told me they felt really bad and would send me a gas card for the gas that was wasted on the trip. I appreciated that sentiment. A little while after I got back, I received a text apologizing for the inconvenience and offering the vehicle for $1000 less than advertised. I countered stating that the $1000 is less what the features would have cost so it wasn't really an inconvenience savings for me and I countered with around $20,500, they told me no. I now see the vehicle on their website for less than $20,000 - I have never seen a bigger bunch of crooks in my life - never did get the gas card either.

Buying a car can be a major headache. However, the process was so easy and smooth with the help of Cam, Derrick, and Scott. Cam was especially helpful. He made sure to happily answer any questions I had. Him and Derrick made sure to fully explain all the information on contracts and things like that. The environment of the place is amazing and they made me feel like i was at the right place almost instantly. I originally came in looking at another car but Scott helped me find the perfect one for me. I highly recommend you come here for your next purchase and ask for Cam, Derrick, Or Scott. These 3 made my purchase easy and stress free. Thank you for your help! 10/10 would recommend

I gave a 3 out of 10 on their survey. I did try to reach out to manager, and left a message. I hope I can find better service.
I was disgusted by the sticky residue on the windshield and they did not use the paper floor mats to protect. It was not a good experience.

Top-notch service from my arrival until I left. I love the way the service representative Mr. C ( I can’t remember his full last name but I know it started with a C) explained the service that was done to my car and the future service that is suggested for my car. It was so nice to get in and out in less than an hour! I will be back!
