Shout out to Brittany, she’s helped me throughout the years, I’d like to thank Freddie McLean and Charles Martin for helping me pick out the new car, Marvin Richardson he was the manager that assisted me as well and Marcus my finance manager who worked hard to get me approved, and finally Mia Smoak for selling me my new Corolla! Excellent Service and Smooth Purchase Process.
I recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Edwin Parroquin and Alex Gomez, in particular, were exceptional. They took the time to understand my needs and guided me through the options without any pressure. They were patient in answering all my questions. They really went above and beyond in delivering a good customer service experience. The finance department was also very helpful. The paperwork process was quick and straightforward. After the purchase, Mr. Parroquin followed up to ensure I was happy with the vehicle and if I had any questions. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident. If I could give 100 stars I would. MIKE REID, my sales agent, was the best!! Besides being knowledgeable and good at what he does, I feel I have made a new friend for life. He has followed up since the purchase, sent me helpful links and guided me through the set up. Marcus Bryant, in the finance department was also efficient and friendly. In fact, the whole experience was top notch. Vann York Toyota is the place, exceptional customer service and every employee acted as though they loved their job, a happy place and team.
