I wanted to ship a package overnight from Highpoint to Charlotte (2-hour drive)! I checked the tracking number the next day and the package is still at this location! Only the label is created! I specifically asked for overnight shipping and paid for that but the package is not even picked up by ups driver! This is not acceptable!

I called on Friday July the 19th and asked if they will have a notary on the following day (a Saturday). I always call. Dude tells me one will be on shift the WHOLE day Saturday.
We walk in and are told by an older woman who is absolutely the opposite of helpful that there is no one working today. She won't have a notary til Monday. No explanation or solution available.
Will never return.

Customer service is horrible here. Twice now I have been there. July 13 lady name Lisa, was no help at all. Just kept repeating my internet is down. Offered no help. She needs to be in shipping not customer service. Twice I’ve had her waiting on me. Just very rude.

The manager at this store with the red hair is one the rudest individuals that I have ever encountered! My Amazon return label was specifically for 2 boxes. She demanded that I use a bigger box because Amazon was going to return one of the packages!!!!!! I called Amazon while in the store and the representative confirmed that the label was for 2 boxes. She went on and on about how buying a bigger box would be better. Another customer was Iine with the same type of return and she was trying to convince her to do the same! There is a level of professionalism and qualities that one must possess in order to have certain titles. This woman doesn’t behold any of them. To the owner of this franchise…please hire someone else!

Every time I come by the Skeet Club location, Jennifer is always by herself. She is always friendly and personable.

I had to visit this store 3 times last 5 days to pick up a package.
There were middle aged white woman behind the counter consistently avoid to serve me.
I do not remember any interaction with her prior, but I noticed her weird behavior from the first time I went there.
It was busy so two desk were fully occupied for a while.
When my turn came, she turned around to go behind desk and start fumbling through the stack of mails.
When the other register opened, and as I walked toward it, she turned around and greet the guy behind me.
Well, I guess it was coincident.
On the second trip, she did same thing.
And today, she was occupied with a female customer, and when she left, it was my turn.
This cashier side glanced and agin started to act like she was looking through the paper in front of her.
As I walked toward other open register and she looked at me and blurt out "You got a package"?
So I decided to ask "you know when I come in here you always act like busy and doing something else when it is my turn".
And she replied "You know because you were COMING".
So now I am going to find out what her malfunction is.

Worthless resource. Not helpful. Waste of time
ETA: No interest for me to provide more info. Completely unhelpful store resources when needing support or guidance. Resources in store were only interested in self-serving efforts for profit, and not concerned to help customer experiencing issues with UPS Delivery. I would drive an extra 20 miles to avoid this location.

UPS is advertising passport photo for $11.99 but at this location, they told me that they set their own price and charged me $15.99.

Shout out to Jennifer for friendliness and great service. It was almost quitting time but she helped me get some important documents shipped out and kept a smile going for the length of the transaction!

Today was the last time I will ever go to the Skeet Club location. I've had problems every time but most of those I could say were not the fault of the staff but being asked "Is there anything else I have to do for you?" in a very impatient tone by a 20 year old who should know better was not something I could blame on the equipment. In addition to this she didn't even offer to help me send out the package I had with me after printing the shipping label for it so I just decided to not press the issue and went to the post office. There are too many other UPS stores and other options to get away with treating someone like that.
