Stefanie was AMAZING!! We needed to get a medical deferral document notarized and Stefanie was able to help us and ensured that everyone involved knew exactly what the document was and what their signature meant.

Roxie was wonderful. I called first for an estimate to ship 2 boxes to Washington State. She was cheerful and pleasant answering all my questions. It just so happens that Roxie is the person that helped me at the store. She was informative and very pleasant.

I do not have enough words to thank Roxy at your store I was in danger of losing a lot of money with a package and she walked me through it and even talk with me over the phone and calmed me down and reassured me and gave me all the information I needed. She is very knowledgeable, courteous, thoughtful, and patient. She was a godsend and I hope you all appreciate just how amazing and awesome she is. Thank you so much Roxy and God bless you!

I would like to give a superior review for an employee name, Ethan. We visited the UPS on Eastchester Dr on Saturday around 4 Pm 7/20/2: . A employee named Ethan was very helpful. He was the notary. He was very patient with us explaining the process of a notary signing of on an affidavit. He provided the notary service, even though it was after 4 PM, and they don’t normally provide that service after 4 PM. Ethan was very patient. He was very detail oriented, professional and very knowledgeable. He is an asset to this location and I want UPS to know that we appreciated Ethan taking time with us , during this process

I came to return bed sheets that Amazon sent without a box or bag with the shipping on the bed sheets like they were shipped to me. Roxie wouldn’t take my return and made me buy a bag for $5.33, half the price e of the sheets. I want my money back. Roxie argued with me and even let me go oh to my car in this heat looking for a box or bag. Please have the manager contact me to refund my money for the bag Roxie made me buy!

Shoutout to the associate that remained super calm and polite even though the customer she was helping was extremely rude and almost abusive towards her this morning at 10:40am. . I cannot believe the way the customer was treating the associate that was trying to help her with her last minute shipping. Props for the service and the ability to maintain composure after such a nasty attitude. Way to show kindness to the ones that need it most!

Went by on Sunday, 6/17/2024 about 2:45 pm, but they were closed. The hours posted stated they would be open until 4:00 pm. So disappointed!
