Whenever I call my branch, off 68, I get shuffled to Winston-Salem. I got one downright rude girl who was miffed at me for even calling! I just want to call MY branch and talk to someone there!! My branch is very friendly...that's why I go there! Lynn P.

I made an appointment for 4 PM to discuss a loan pre-approval. I arrived 10 minutes earlier and I checked in. I've been asked to take a sit and wait. No people was waiting in front of me. 3 employees were chit chatting at the check-in desk. After 30 minutes waiting I left the branch letting them know that I couldn't wait any longer. Besides being vaguely apologetic, they just told me they were behind with their schedule... I find it unacceptable.

This place have worse customer service compared to other financial institutions and phone communication is very terrible and also the connection on the Website is impossible all the time.

Deposit a large amount of money, and the atm took my card and my money, didn’t get a receipt or nothing back and can’t get in contact with nobody after 5pm to help you. Haven’t received my money in my bank or anything back, atm took my stuff and shut off or glitched out.

Normally have had decent experiences here. But today I stopped to deposit some cash at the ATM. Deposited my cash, got my receipt, checked my app… cash was in there, and we’re good to go. Went to use my card later and it was declined. Checked my online banking app, and the cash I had deposited was nowhere to be seen. After spending an hour on the phone with customer service, sending them a copy of my receipt, and telling them that I didn’t go inside the branch and cancel my cash deposit (what?)… I’m now being told that they have to send some form up the chain, and it could take 3-5 business days to figure out where my cash deposit went.Edit: After checking some of the other reviews, it seems like this problem has occurred at this location before. It’s 2021 folks, you shouldn’t be losing cash money in a process that has existed for 55 years.Have been very happy with Truliant, but today’s experience has been unacceptable. It’s nonsense like this that lead to me leaving Bank of America.

Although everyone seems very nice, I have never banked where the drive through service is slower. 20 minutes is too long when there is only 1 person in front of you. Either get more staff to work it especially on Fridays or provide better training

Just needed to make a deposit. Took forever. They hide behind "covid" as a way to give terrible customer service and get away with it. Time to move to a different Credit Union. Update: 2 weeks later the same story. Just watched another person leave the line because they are so slow. I must hate myself since I continuing to bank here
