I have a rental property and needed to replace the refrigerator. The tenant lease is up in November and I won't be renewing it. Because of the condition of the home I was not going to replace it with a new refrigerator. So I went to Triad and explained to them what I needed. We ran into a few issues but I created those it was no fault of Triad. The owner was patient with me and made two deliveries. So far no problems with the frig. and the price was more than reasonable.

Thanks to this people my life had become so stressful. They claim SHOWING UP AT MY UNIT 7 TIMES BUT I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED ME,AND NOW THE GATE CITY MANAGEMENT ARE CHARGING ME 50$ BECAUSE THIS PERSON NEVER TRIED TO CONTACT ME TO SET UP A DAY FOR HIM TO DELIVER THE DAMN STOVE AND I FEEL LIKE THAT WAS INTENTIONALLY TO MAKE EXTRA $$$

Very UNPROFESSIONAL. THESE PPL SHOW UP TO MY PLACE 7 times without noticed THEY DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL OR LEAVING A NOT ON MY DOOR FOR ME TO KNOW. AND THEN THEY TRIED TO CHANGE ME 50.00 for delivery. THE ONLY REASON I FOUND OUT WAS BECAUSE I HAD TO CALL THEM.

I brought a washer & dryer set in March & paid for the delivery service. They damaged my wall during delivery to my BRAND NEW HOUSE! I saw the damage before they left. They took pictures & I took pictures & called the office. I sent it to them & they never came to fix the damage or responded after I sent the pictures. I won't be purchasing anything else from them. They clearly don't care about damaging customers property! BEWARE!

Don't buy from this company, it's a joke they sell you used appliances that don't work. They don't do what they say they will do to fix the problem. You asked me to change my review, I asked you to delete my contract, you didn't, so I won't but let's see what happens with the BBB.

Bought washer and dryer. washer stopped working shortly after warranty ran out. It was offered that they would swap my washer with one they had on hand due to technician not being available for months. I would have taken that offer but the next day it was like that conversation never happened. Still seeking a solution, next I started to get the runaround and then texts instead of a return phone call. Mind you all I wanted was someone to come out and look at it, The matter was never resolved with them. Just unprofessional.
