Went shopping today. Looking for nothing in particular. Store was a complete disaster. Clothes all over the floor, no rhyme or reason whatsoever.
Found a couple of items
Went to check out. ONLY self checkout open. And only 2 of those. After waiting on a line of at least 10 people did we make it to the front only to discover none of checkouts accepted cash.
Used to love to treat myself to a Target trip. Walmart has y’all beat in cleanliness by far.

Came shopping here with my mom yesterday, used to come here all the time and it was always a pleasant experience but I no longer live in the area so it’s been a while. Went to self check out although I wished I would’ve went to an actual cashier as I’m sure it would’ve been a better experience, I had a gift card I thought had 16$ on it, self check out asked for the card balance I wasn’t sure how to check that so my mom asked the older woman doing self check out if there was anyway to check and she scanned it for me and said it had 2.41$, I looked at my mom surprised and said “there’s no way” and for some reason this woman thought I was talking to her, she gave me a snobby look and said “well that’s what it said” I laughed cause I didn’t think she really thought I was saying she took the money off the card, I said “I’m sorry I wasnt saying anything about you” and she turned her nose up and walked away.. turns out I had the wrong gift card and that was an older one so I was just confused. I’m 7 months pregnant and very obviously so, I guess pregnancy brain has become real, but I had struggled to find myself an affordable bra, I had the gift card from my dad buying me some maternity clothes a while back and was going to use it to pay for the bra that’s why I was so surprised when I thought I had somehow spent the rest of the money since I was saving it for an occasion like this. Not sure why a target employee felt so inclined to be rude to someone who clearly wasn’t saying about anything to them or about them, I wished I would’ve gotten her name cause she really doesn’t have the attitude to be working customer service and should maybe retire if dealing with the public makes her so angry.

Awful!!! Use to be good. I was over charged and told by guest services employee not my problem... just AWFUL! STORE IS ALWAYS TRASHED AND NEVER CLEANED UP clothes are all over the floor panties all over the place. The clothing department is ALWAYS awful with clothes on the floor and thrown on displays. When I made a comment to an employee I was told they r tired of cleaning up after customers and gave up. SERIOUSLY?! The panty dept has been trashed for 2 weeks literally no one has even straightened it. When I made a complaint again was told they were tired of cleaning up after customers
Ya know what Target this customer is tired of giving you my money.
Just awful store. #donewithtarget

I don’t often shop at Target, but I needed a few grocery items to make some banana bread. I was out and about and was passing right by. I also bought a greeting card and some zinnia seeds (never too early to start hoarding seeds!) I checked out and happened to scroll my receipt and noticed that one of the grocery items rang up higher than the posted shelf price. I know this happens sometimes, but I went back to check and it wound up that ALL FOUR of my grocery items rang up higher than the shelf price. I let customer service know and they refunded the difference. Not so much about the extra 60¢ but for me it’s the principle of the matter. C’mon, Target you can do better.

I love shopping here, especially after classes. One of the workers, Sophia, has always been incredibly helpful. She guided me not only with my makeup choices but also in establishing a skincare routine. It's saddening that I haven't seen her working there lately then I would've given a 5 star. I truly miss her assistance, and it has affected my overall shopping experience.

Drive through customer service representative was very rude. She banged on my window, didn’t bother to ask for my code and basically threw my order in my car.

Love me experiences at Target The associates there are always available to assist you. The cashiers are extra professional and friendly. I love shopping there.

This is my favorite Target in the area. I like going here instead of the one in Greensboro. Customer service is great here. Only thing is their isles are disoriented most of the times.They just need to keep it filled and organized. I even bought some chips here last month which was expired in August of 2023.

I love this Target its always super clean and nice inside. I'll never understand why it doesn't get more business than it does. I guess being tucked away in such a weird spot really hurts its business.
